This beautiful newly constructed 2 story house boasts 2 master suites each with king beds and own private baths. Third bedroom has queen bed, while 4th and 5th bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.
Main master suite features balcony, fireplace, large TV, steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Gorgeous view of trees, yard and pool from the other 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms. Several double doors lead to patio and pool/spa from all living areas on main floor creating a great indoor outdoor feel.
Wi-Fi and cable set up, as well as televisions in the luxuriously furnished family room, living room, and both master suites. Enjoy preparing meals in the high end gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero/Thermador appliances and granite counters. Kitchen and dining areas comfortably seat 10 guests.
Linens, towels and toiletries are provided for guests at check in. Plenty of parking in the 2 car garage, large driveway, and on the street.

stayed here with my husband and three small children (ages 7, 6, and 3); my sister and law also stayed. the house was great. it is located up in the hills, so it's a little steep getting to the house, but that is the only negative. still only less than 10 minutes down to sunset. i was worried the house would not get sun on the pool, but i was wrong - there were plenty of hours for sunning and swimming. the house has lots of room, and would be perfect for couples or families. the closets and storage are great - perfect for a long stay. also, great shower in the master bath.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! Just to clarify the location of the house: it is just off the flats in Beverly Hills above Sunset Blvd on flat land just before the hills. The steep hill I think you meant was the down hill driveway perhaps? The street where the house is located is not on a hill however.

We found the italian villa to be a great home away from home and a relaxing retreat just like the description stated. It was conveniently located as well. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
