Three members of my book club headed to Arcadian Dunes the week after Labor Day. After many hours on the road we arrived to find a spotless unit in a perfect location. We had all our basic necessities and then some. Each morning we headed out for a long walk either on the or around the golf course up the street. What a delight and then we prepared ourselves a bountiful breakfast knowing we would be at the beach or around the pool the rest of the day. We had 2 pools to choose from and a hot tub! You can well imagine all the book talk and lively conversations that often included folks sitting nearby who wanted to join us. Everyone is so friendly and nice. We usually cooked our meals because we found the unit had exactly what we needed. The unit was bright and cheery and gave us ample space to gather or find time apart. We especially like having the two large bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the unit. I think the only thing we needed was more time. Enjoy your trip, you won't be disappointed!

Great vacation place for the family

We just returned from staying a week at this location and it was great. Very clean unit in a very nice location. It had everything we needed to feel like we were at home but still on vacation. Less than 1/2 mile to the beach, which we were able to walk to with two little ones without any issues. The pool was heated and provided a nice break from the beach. There are a lot of shopping centers (Broadway, Barefoot, etc.) and good restaurants close but the complex is far enough away that their is minimal traffic so it is very quiet. You feel very secluded from the main street (only a mile away). Would highly recommend this unit/complex for all - families, couples or groups. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Patti & Joe for letting us use this spectacular place - we will rent again the time we visit MB!!!

first time at this condo. been staying in this area since mid 90's. very clean,neat and tastefully decorated (very nice paintings/pictures). walk to beach and pier. close to shopping (barefoot landing) and tanger outlets. have grocery stores within a couple miles and restaurants very close. harry the hats pub/bar on premises has daily eat and drink specials and the swimming pool is neat and clean and very spacious. owner is very nice and easy to deal with. would recommend families and or honeymooners to this condo. you'll love it..we will definately be back. you will not be disappointed!

"The Arcadian Dunes complex was easy to find and was within walking distance to everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, local produce, and shopping). The condo was clean and the two bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy for our family. The washer and dryer within the unit allowed us the convenience to pack lightly. Noise was minimal in the unit above us. The screened in porch was quiet and relaxing. We loved everything about it and plan to return next summer! The beach is a quick walk of 5 minutes and it was clean and well maintained. I found the heated pool (there are two) to be a nice end to each day. The activities in the area are truly endless. We most enjoyed the warm surf and days on the sand."

The condo was spacious and extremely clean and contained all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The complex is close to the beach, has 2 pools, a tennis court, an and on-site restaurant, Harry the Hats. The condo is close to shopping and great restaurants. We recommend this unit and complex for any family vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The owners were especially helpful and were wonderful to work with. Thank you Patti & Joe for renting your condo to us, we were completely satisfied and had a spectacular week.

The location of the condo was great. It was within walking distance to the beach (with 2 small children about 10 minutes) and a short drive to restaurants, shopping and attractions. It was clean and the appliances were in good working order. The furnishings and decor were better than shown in the photos and we felt relaxed and comfortable. We found the cost of the rental to be very reasonable and a good value. The owners were very helpful and friendly, answered all our questions, and stayed in contact throughout the rental process and beyond. We would rent this property again.

NICE AND QUIET

Looking for a wonderful place to stay, this is it.Just like being at home. Nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. But close to everything good restaurants, main attractions,and the Beach is walking distance.If you have only one night to go out ,you must go to the Dixie Stampede, the show is good, and the food is great I've been 2 times.And if you don't want to go any where, well there is a lot to do just on the premises. Harry the Hats has good food, and nightly things to do .The pools,play ground, and tennis courts are nice also.My family has been traveling to the myrtle beach for maybe 5 years, or longer. and we have always stayed in the Arcadians Dunes Condos, is a great place to stay.

Beautiful, modern unit in a very nice complex. This unit was extremely well maintained and very clean. Spacious with all the amenities you need....a home away from home. Close to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and on-site restaurant. Harry the Hats restaurant was near the pool and offered great specials. Both kid and adult friendly! Also close to shopping and good restaurants. Would highly recommend this unit/complex for all - families, couples or groups. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Patti & Joe for letting us use this spectacular place - we hope to rent again next year!
