Our property is designed to meet the high standards we want when we travel. It was put together with the comfort of our guest in mind. It is fully furnished with new furniture (November, 2009). This luxury condo is in a gated community and is located in prime area of North Scottsdale at Grayhawk. This is a 1st floor unit, so there are no steps.
Two bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The family room features a brand new flat screen LCD television and a new DVD player.
The condo is in an amazing community offering a 3000 square foot fitness center, gourmet demonstration kitchen, wine lounge, pool tables, electronic game room, a movie theater, espresso bar, mountain bikes, hiking trails, and weekly organized events.
Grayhawk is minutes away from world class dining, shopping, golf and entertainment. The golf enthusiast will enjoy incredible courses like Grayhawk, Troon North, TPC, Eagle Mountain, and The Boulders. North Scottsdale offers fine dining restaurants like Mastro's Steakhouse, and Mosaic at the Four Seasons. Other great restaurants and shopping can be found at Kierland Commons, DC Ranch Marketplace, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Desert Ridge, and the Promenade.

Year Purchased: 2009
My wife and I have been married for 53 years. We have reached the stage of life that if it does not have fun or play in the equation, we probably will not do it. I am a retired public school teacher (Band Director). However, I still do a lot of work as a professional musician (sax, clarinet, and flute). My wife is a retired school secretary and a very successful Mother of 2. My daughter (part owner) is a very successful business woman and a wonderful person.
Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk
We have always loved this area. There is so much to do and see. We have vacationed in this area at least 20 times and there's still many new and exciting things to do. The North Scottsdale area has become our favorite area and we were lucky to find a great condo in the perfect spot.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There is just about everything you could want to do in this area. The weather is dependable and the scenery beautiful. You can go swimming one day, drive approximately 2 1/2 hours north and go skiing the next day. On the 3rd day you can play golf. It's just a great area. I love it.
