This tastefully appointed 856 sq. foot, air conditioned, one bedroom condo, offers a second story view of the ocean and main pool. Two pools on the property are heated during cooler months. Taxis are readily available and can be ordered using the condo inter-phone calling the security gate. The condo is perfect for a romantic getaway. Rental Conditions:
Long term renters are welcomed! Contact owners for special pricing. The condo is designated non-smoking. Sorry, no pets! Minimum age to rent and occupy the condo is 25 years old unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Minimum stay is 3 nights except holidays which require 7 nights. Check in 4pm. Check out 10am. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
Payment: 15% due at booking. 50% due 45 days prior to arrival (35% additional if 15% paid prior). Balance due 7 days prior to arrival. PayPal accepted. Contact owner for instructions. You will receive a confirmation email following payment.

My husband and son are ardent divers! As a family we vacation in Cozumel at least twice a year, so purchasing the condo was the logical thing to do! Our condo will make an ideal retirement home for the two of us! The hotel next door offers a Spa for special pampering and a 4 star restaurant. We spent one week in 2010 at “La Casita de Stephanie” and our vacation was so relaxing that we decided to go back there in 2012. Same comfort, same quiet condo, we felt at home. The bed is very comfortable and the AC works great. The view from the lanai is gorgeous and you can enjoy the sunset with a good Margharita… Fast WIFI connection and free calls to USA & Canada made this week enjoyable since we are self employed and we had to keep in touch with our business. The beach is just a few feet away and was not crowded (Residencias Reef has a private beach with long chairs available) Stephanie, the owner, was always available via emails to answers our questions or to give us a recommendation for a snorkeling trip. We could see that she does everything to make you feel comfortable in her condo. Bath towels, shampoo, soap are provided in the bathroom. We really recommend this condo to others.

We recently return from our third visit to Cozumel this year. We stayed in this condo twice this year. Both times our visit was wonderful and the accomodations were excellent. The dive boat pick us up at the pier which is within walking distance of the condo. The condo has all the ammenities of home and was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was even very comfortable! We hope to return again in the next few months. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

My wife and I had a great time at the condo. It's a perfect location in Cozumel for diving, and the amenities in the condo were great. Very nice beach, and the complex wasn't too crowded. Also, great recommendations for dining in town! Would love to come stay again!

My son and I love to dive! Beautiful beach with a dock for dive boat pick-up. Taxis readily available. Peaceful resort and very comfortable condo. My wife found everything she needed in the kitchen for meal prep. We usually stay at all-inclusive resorts. Condo living beats any hotel or all inclusive where we have stayed! We would highly recommend La Casita de Stephanie to our friends!

My sister-in-law and I truly enjoyed the comforts this beautiful condo had to offer! We were 2 women traveling without our husbands and we felt completely safe in this gated community. The property is lush with beautiful island flowers and plants. We had a great view of the beach and one of the pools from our lanai. Taxis were readily available. My sister-in-law loves to cook and she was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen supplied with great cooking utensils, and small appliances. We will definitely be returning to stay in this condo again!

This condo and property is everything needed for a great vacation. The condo itself is very convenient to access the 2 area pools, beach, boats and taxi. A great view of the ocean and beach gave delight in the evenings after a full day of diving, snorkeling, sight seeing, relaxing by the pool, on the beach, etc.. The kitchen itself and laundry appliances offers all the convenience of home. Being from Colorado it was also fun to catch up on news from local channels offered on the big screen TV. The grounds are kept up ever so neatly and all the staff was very friendly and helpful which aided in a comfortable , safe environment. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants or needs a very fun and relaxing time.

A Home in Paradise

We spent most mornings in the condo. After a long walk on the beach and a refreshing dip in the pristine pool, we prepared brunch ourselves. The kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, bowls, serving dishes, flatware, cutlery, good knives, and all kinds of glasses. We ate our brunch on the lanai. A beautiful view of aquamarine ocean, white sand beach, sparkling pool, and rustling palms formed the backdrop as we enjoyed our brunch and caught up on the news on our laptop courtesy of the wireless connection. The afternoons were spent in or on the ocean. Snorkeling is easily accessible either right off the condo's beach, short drives away, or on a guided tour. We used the Sand Dollar tour right next door to the condo. The snorkeling at Punta Sur was especially spectacular. We also recommend the Mayan Ruins, both on the island and on the mainland at Tulum. At night, we went out on the town and found a variety of restaurants from the very informal right on the beach to little hole in the walls in town (Los Otates) to elegant dinning rooms (Guido's). The fish is always fresh. We drove everywhere we went and always felt safe. The police on the island are a visible presence. We especially enjoyed the people of Cozumel. They are unfailingly willing to help, joyful, polite, able to speak a little English, and have a wicked sense of humor. The condo complex is gated. The security people were always there and always able to help us with a variety of questions. The condo is like home. Everything we needed was there and in excellent working order. The decor captures the colorful yet relaxed feel of the island. The air conditioning is perfect. We slept comfortably even on the hottest of nights. The shower was hot, the plumbing reliable, the washer dryer a life saver, and we could watch Colorado Rockies baseball on the TV! The condo feels both exotic and homey. Stephanie's casita is indeed a home in paradise.

This place is very quiet and luxurious, we really relaxed and slept well. The AC worked perfectly, it was cool and dry. We felft very safe there. The condo is luxuriouy: big rooms, great bathroom - shower, modern kitchen, fast WIFI, great TV + channels. The area is nice as well: nice beaches, nice pools. Very smooth transaction with the owner. We highly recommend it.

What a lovely seaside escape. This was exactly what I had pictured in my mind and then some. This condo had everything you could possibly need to make a lovely, relaxing and enjoyable week of vacation. It was clean, well appointed, tastefully decorated with all the amenities of home. The owner was very easy to contact and more than happy to answer questions. In addition she has wonderfully helpful information on attractions, activities, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc that are neatly bound in a well thought out manual. She has truly thought of everything. The property was very well maintained and secure. The beach, pools, walkways and grounds were all well maintained. I felt very comfortable here and would recommend it to others.
