Rental Conditions:
Long term renters are welcomed! Contact owners for special pricing. The condo is designated non-smoking. Sorry, no pets! Minimum age to rent and occupy the condo is 25 years old. Minimum stay is 3 nights except holidays (see below). Short stays require owner approval. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Minimum stay for holidays is 7 nights. Designated Holiday dates for 7 night stays are November 21, 2009 to November 28, 2009; December 19, 2009 to December 26, 2009; and December 26, 2009 to January 2, 2010. During high season, from December 1 to May 31, a 5 night minimum stay is preferred unless approved by owner. Special: pay for 6 nights and the 7th is free! (Holidays excluded.)
Payment: 15% due at booking. 50% due 45 days prior to arrival (35% additional if 15% paid prior). Balance due 7 days prior to arrival. PayPal accepted. Contact owner for instructions. You will receive a confirmation email following payment.
Cancellation Policy: No Refunds Allowed! No additional cancellation fees!
