  We highly recommend this condo unit. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. She was able to get us an earlier arrival time, and we really appreciated it - we were able to maximize our vacation time. The view was wonderful - we were right on the white sandy beach! The unit had every kitchen utensil we could have needed, as well as chairs for the beach. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. We will definitely return for a future trip.

  We found this place just as described...very good location and easy access to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved eating dinner at the dining table and looking out at the sunset! Owner was very accommodating regarding check in and check out.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed here with our 3 kids, ages 17, 19 and 20. Because of the age of the kids and the setup, my husband and I took the pullout couch, our 2 daughters had the bedroom and our son used the pull-out twin bed in the chair. There was enough room and we didn't feel crowded. The mattress on the pull-out couch was not the worst I've slept on, but we had brought sleeping bags with us, knowing we would want the extra cushioning. The view from the 2nd story window of the ocean was magnificent, and it was an easy walk down to the water line - once you get out of the back of the unit, you ARE on the beach. We love to cook on vacations and there were plenty of appliances, utensils, pans, bowls, etc. for our meals. If you are wavering about renting this unit, and your main goal is to be on the beach, rent this now - you will be on the beach and you will also have a quality, comfortable room.

  This Condo is on the 2nd floor of the Sea Gypsy, and is exactly as advertised: very clean, very well appointed, very convenient, and an excellent value for the money. We stayed here with 3 kids, ages 15, 11, and 11, and they loved it as well! Having the separate queen bedroom, with its own private bath, makes it nice for the adults, and the kids enjoyed having their own bathroom. We were checked in personally and given instructions on lights, heat, keys and directions to the pool and beach, which was a nice touch. This unit is exceptionally clean, and it has been recently, and very tastefully remodeled. All the appliances are nice and work perfectly. There is plenty of cookware for a weekend of easy, light cooking. Any questions we had were answered easily with a phone call to the manager(CB), who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This would be a great place for a couple, or even two couples, but I would not recommend more than 4 adults. We were very comfortable with the 3 kids, plenty of space, but, we weren't there much either. The pool is an awesome draw for the kids. Big enough for good fun, but small enough that a parent can manage little kids easily. And, it's a very clean pool. Nothing gross at all. I would recommend this unit, and this management company, to anyone. The only complaint I would have, and it is so minor, is that the hide-a-bed mattress is not comfortable for anyone but little kids. Anyone wanting a decent nights sleep should lay down elsewhere. Again, very minor, but may be important to some. CB, thanks again. It was awesome. We'll see you again this winter! Brian and Jessie.
