THE VILLA:
This is an Ultra luxurious “Hacienda-Style” Unit 17 on the highest row. Split-level, 4500 square foot [2,800 under roof & 1,700 decks] spacious villa. It is built on and into the highest peak on the southern-Baja, 800 ft above sea level and 200 ft above the highest constructed villas in neighboring Pedregal. Sleeps 10 people comfortably.
Enter your marbled floored Villa through a private stone courtyard with bubbling fountain to the first level that includes a full kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace, and master bedroom suite with king bed, large walk-in closet, private bath, and Jacuzzi. From here you proceed onto your terrace with partially-shaded dining area, gas barbecue, lounge chairs, and outdoor hot tub. The lower level is complete with two junior suites (one with king bed; one with two queen beds), and a family room with queen sofa and entertainment center(DVD/CD/TV) and computer with free high-speed Internet. Each room has direct access to a large terrace with private infinity pool and lounge chairs. Finishing's are of marble, granite & canterra quality with solid mahogony woodwork.
This time of year, your mornings start with beautiful sunrises and views of local fishing boats heading out for the catch of the day. Also, whales can frequently be seen from your terrace breaching as they feed and raise their young. Your daylight ends with spectacular Pacific Ocean sunsets, just in time to hit the fun and festive nightlife 10 minutes away in downtown Cabo.
