Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home in The Villages. Over 1,900 square feet of living space. Master bedroom has a view of the lake and includes king size bed, 2 walk in closets, master bath with his and her sinks, and plenty of bureau space and a desk. Guest room includes full size closet, Full bed and bureau. The third bedroom has a Trundle bed and desk and doubles as an office/study. These two bedrooms share the second full bath. Internet access and wireless is provided. Fully furnished living room with TV and DVD/VCR. Dining room seats 8 people. Large eat in kitchen with electric stove, microwave, and all the necessary furnishings for the chef. The covered lanai is an addition to the home adding more square footage. It is furnished with screened sliding windows for year round comfort. Washer and dryer provided in the laundry room. Mailbox service is provided. A golf cart is also provided.
All the golf you will ever want. Two Town Squares with shopping, restaurants, nightly live entertainment, dancing, happy hour, each with two weekly outdoor vendor nights and first run movie cinemas.
Many restaurants and Country Clubs for your dinning pleasure. Just a short walk or ride to Spanish Springs town center, (5 minutes in golf cart).
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 or more years. However, young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Temporary Identification cards are $50 for 2 people - (not included in the rent). This card allows you to use most of the facilities and participate in Village sponsored activities. Close by are adult and family pools.

This home is a treasure trove...delightful,comfortable and well maintained.The lake is the icing on the cake.We watched egrets,great blue herons,numerous species of ducks and even the resident alligator. Imagine all of that from the privacy of the sun room! There are wonderful suprises awaiting anyone fortunate enough to vacation in this home and in its' environsRecommended for: Age 55+.

I just spent 5 wonderful weeks in this home. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to truly live the Villages "experience." Location is fantastic.........a quick walk away from the Square and very close to all types of shopping. House is very well kept and stocked with all the necessities. I will definitely try to stay here the next time I visit the Villages!!Recommended for: Age 55+.

Hi Gary, My parents arrived at the property yesterday and are DELIGHTED with your home! My father thinks you have gone above and beyond in providing a comfortable home! He especially praised the chairs, internet accessibilty and the firm king size bed! He is an avid bird watcher and shared that he has seen 11 species of birds in/around the lake in only one day! I want to thank you for helping me to provide a dream vacation for them! It sounds as if everything is perfect with the home! As they were unpacking their car yesterday, your neighbor came over and introduced himself to them. They said he was very nice and offered to help in any way he could. We love it here there are so many activities and nightly entertainment at Spanish Spring. We walk there to enjoy the activities. The best part is watching the sunset from the covered patio and the reflection in the lake while drininking your favorite beverage.
