This is a perfect place for Snowbirds! The average temperature is 62-70 degrees in the winter. Guests can unload their car right at the front door. Just outside of the patio is the heated indoor/outdoor pool and from there, it is a short walk to the large pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo is fully furnished with everything to have a comfortable stay. Guest can shop right across the street for groceries and any other things that they need. The community is secure and there is a front desk to call if they need anything. The management is dedicated to providing a pleasant stay at this resort.
During spring break and the summer, it is wonderful for children. There are no worries about balconies because the condo is on the ground floor.
The condo comes fully furnished and has a washer/dryer inside the unit. One of the workout rooms is close by and there is a Deli and Tiki Bar that are open in the summer. It is a great place to have a relaxing getaway from all of your cares!

Why the Owner Chose Pelican Beach Resort
My husband and I have been coming to the panhandle area of Florida for years and when we saw Destin, we knew that we wanted to buy property here. We have traveled to beaches in different parts of the world and nothing that we have seen anywhere compares to Destin, Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beautiful beach and the lovely surroundings. The restaurants are great and so is the shopping! When we are staying in our Condo, I love the convenience of being able to walk straight out to the swimming pools and the beach. It's great to have the gas grills located right across the walkway when we want to grill fresh fish or a steak! Everything is so convenient and we don't have to wait for an elevator.

Stayed here for my Son's wedding. The place was just perfect! Very nice and VERY clean! Beds were so comfy! I enjoyed being on the ground floor and parking right outside my door. The indoor/outdoor pool was right outside my patio which was great! The hot tub was very nice! The grounds were so clean and tidy! The owner was VERY nice when I contacted her. Location was convient to everything. Everything in the condo worked and it was just as pretty and nice as the pictures on the internet! I would recommend this rental to all my family and friends and I plan to stay here again myself!

Stayed at this property 22-27 July. The unit itself is nicely appointed with 3 TVs and nice beds. Kitchen is well stocked and it was very clean. The bonus was the unit's location. It is 8 feet from one of the property's 2 pools. It is close to the larger 2nd pool and close to the bbq area, although not close enough to be a bother. The patio was a great spot to relax and watch the kids int he pool. The property itself is just what we wanted. Staff was great. The larger pool is nice. There's a tiki bar on the walkway to the beach. Plenty of parking in the covered deck. Good central location for any of Destin's activities. We'll definitely be staying there again. My wife and I have been staying here for the last 3 weeks. This unit is ideal because the unit is on ground floor and you can walk out the patio to the pool, hot tub or beach. It has everything you need to make yourself at home. There is a sauna and steam room to relax in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to shopping. The unit is clean and spacious. When you arrive you can park right outside the unit to unload everything. We have already booked again for next year. The beach and ocean is the most beautiful we have ever seen and you can walk for miles.
