Our newly renovated condo with beautiful year round views of the Pemigewasset River and the White Mountains is a beautiful and relaxing get away for everyone! It is located off the main road for optimal privacy yet convenient to many area attractions.
Waterville Valley is 10 minutes away offering skiing and tubing along with entertainment and dining in Towne Square. Loon Mountain, 15 minutes north is another great area for shopping, winter sports and fine dining. Beautiful hiking trails can be found throughout the area.
Our condo is not part of a large complex and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The first floor offers a full kitchen, 1/2 bath with dining and living room. Wood is available to enjoy evenings by the fire. Additional floors offer 3 bedrooms, master with full bath and deck overlooking the river. Additionally there is a loft area sleeps 2-4.

Large 3 br condo plus loft with 2 beds and comp PC/Internet are a plus. Lovely place both condo and location...near 3 ski areas and miles of hiking trails. My family enjoyed tubing in the river with comp inflatables provided. Nearby restaurants and attractions (Waterville Valley/Loon Mtn)are a plus too. Property is very clean, well furnished, updated with a flat screen and relaxing to stay in. I highly recommend this place to families, couples and for those who just want to plain relax. The condo is more of a townhouse. LOTS of room on 3 floors. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. After we saw the HUGE traffice jam going into Conway, we were so glad that we found this place away from the tourist mecca. There is a tennis court there and a basketball net along with the equipment needed to use them. Also, lots of games and movies.Just a short drive to visit 112 and play in the rushing mountain river, Fraconia Notch and go up Bear Notch road to visit a little north. Had a great few days. Woudl love to come back.

Donna, Thank you for providing such a great condo for our annual family weekend away. The condo was so convenient for our excursions...from Lincoln to Holderness. My nieces loved the pool and were able to enjoy the river. The condo was very cute and had all the amenities that we needed. Thanks again!

Hi Donna -- Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. It was perfect in every way. The location was wonderful -- off the beaten path and being on the river was a bonus. I can only imagine what it's like to be there in the summer! I did leave a note in your guest book and will leave a similar one on VRBO later. P.S. -- Your welcome basket was such a nice idea (as was the extra toiletries).
