Our newly renovated condo with beautiful year round views of the Pemigewasset River and the White Mountains is a beautiful and relaxing get away for everyone! It is located off the main road for optimal privacy yet convenient to many area attractions.
Waterville Valley is 10 minutes away offering skiing, tubing along with entertainment and dining in Towne Square. Loon Mountain, 15 minutes north is another great area for shopping, winter sports and fine dining. Beautiful hiking trails can be found throughout the area.
Our condo is not part of a large complex and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The first floor offers a full kitchen, 1/2 bath with dining and living room. Wood is available to enjoy evenings inside or out by the fire. Additional floors offer up to 3 bedrooms, master with full bath and deck overlooking the river. Loft area has beds and color TV for use with supplied video games for our young guests to enjoy!
