This beautifully furnished, three bedroom, two bath condominium sits on the Intracoastal Waterway at Barefoot Resort and Golf. The condominium, located in the gated EDGEWATER development, boasts a beautiful pool located on the waterway, (gated also), resident's club, fitness center, and hot tub. All are within 200 feet of your condominium.
The condominium has a beautiful lobby with a sitting room to relax on each floor. The balcony, located off the living room, is a place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The formal dining area seats 6 and there is a breakfast bistro for informal meals.
The Resort has a public beach cabana for your enjoyment serviced by regular shuttle service to an from the resort. You may use the 2 outdoor showers and the one bathroom which are accessible without using your swipe card. The upstairs area is not allowed to be used by renters per rules and regulations of North Myrtle Beach. There is public parking at the beach or you may take the shuttle there. Umbrella and beach chair rental is available at the beach.
The pool at the Barefoot Resort Tower is available for your use. The largest in ground pool area is a great place to relax after the beach. The Resort Tower Pool is locate to the left after crossing the bridge to enter the resort. Parking is open and entry is directly thru the lobby. Towels are not provided. The Docksider's Grill offers wonderful food, cocktails and a good wine list at reasonable prices.
Barefoot resort features four championship golf courses deigned by Davis Love, Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, and Greg Norman. Barefoot Landing provides a host of restaurants and shopping experiences. Replenish the wardrobe at Tanger outlets male. Fine dining and a host of entertainment venues are located within 5 miles; Greg Norman's Australian Grille, House of Blues, Alabama Theater to name a few. North Myrtle Beach is family friendly vacation for fun and relaxation.
