This townhouse is a great place to stay for a ski vacation. Sleeps 7 very comfortably. Very convenient, a few blocks from town. Very nicely furnished. Highly recommended for any trips to Park City!

Our family had a fantastic stay here. The description is fully accurate, a short walk to Main Street that made the evening outings very easy. The property is immaculate and has all the amentities you could want, from nice spa products in the bathrooms to all the basics in the kitchen and laundry. The furnishings are all nice and cozy. Having garage parking for our car was also a nice benefit with 20+ inches of snow last week! We spent time in both Park City and Deer Valley, and found the location very convenient for both. Alicia was very pleasant and prompt in all our communications, even advising on a gym facility for us to use during our stay. If you're looking for a top-notch rental experience, this is the perfect place!

I have visited Park City numerous times using VRBO and this was by far the best rental I have found. The unit was clean, quite comfortable, very well equipped and spacious. There were a lot of nice little extras that made our experience very special....from the bottle of wine, lots of candles, great coffee and laundry supplies....to extra cozy throws on the couch. The location was wondeful for us...in between Deer Valley and Park City... of which we ski at both. At night it was just a very short distance to Main Street for dinner & shopping. The hot tub was great....even on a very cold night. The bedrooms were all wonderful with great beds, plenty of room and wonderful closets. Alicia is a pure pleasure to work with and it is obvious she genuinely cares that her renters enjoy their visit. We will be back!!

Alicia's place is in a great part of old town PC. Very easy to walk down to main street for the shopping and restaurants and just as easy to get to the main bus terminal. Hot tub was great on those cool mountain nights. Alicia's communication with us was awesome, she even raced over to secure our cell that we left. Highly recommend this place and this owner.

A word about the owner: Alicia's communication throughout the process made all the difference in terms of answering questions, providing suggestions, and making me feel comfortable in choosing this property. In a word, the townhouse is perfect: perfect location in proximity to Main St. and hiking. Great accommodations: comfy beds, large living & dining areas, and deck. Even the neighbors are friendly. PC seems to have a special event each weekend: Memorial weekend was the 4th Annual Olympic Park Hill Climb, which included a ride back down on the zip line...it was a blast...as was watching ski athletes train, landing in the pool! The weather ranged from 64 - 30, and all of it was wonderful! I highly reccommend this townhouse...best decision you can make...I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the 3 bedroom condo here in Park City, UT and had a WONDERFUL TIME! We had two babies, our nanny, and my wife and I and the Condo was perfect. We also have some family in the area who came over for dinner and to hang out with the babies. The place was really nicely decorated and perfectly situated for nights out on main street and days on the ski slopes. Our favorite parts were the fireplace and the hot tub! We will stay here again!!! The owner was very nice, communicated throughout the process, and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable!

We just stayed here for Sundance 2010 and had a blast. It is a very cute, warm and cozy condo! We had a fabulous time and a truly relaxing and wonderful vacation. The photos don't do it justice - it is definitely one of the nicer rentals I have ever stayed in and everyone was super impressed. It was nice and close to town, easy walking distance even in all the snow and we loved the hot tub (fit 4 in just fine:)). The only minor complaint would be the walls are pretty thin with the upstairs unit, but it was really a minor thing. If you are going with your ski stuff, definitely rent a car to get to the ski areas, otherwise you don't really need one. DEFINITELY plan to go back!!!

We came out with a group of friends for a few days in January of this year. We had both units (1 & 2) and slept 10 comfortably. There are flat-screens in almost every room, hot tubs in both units, a stone's throw to downtown Park City nightlife. There is a washer/dryer, coffee maker, 2 car garage, everything you could want. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended! Been coming out West to ski for years and this was by far the nicest, most convenient place we've stayed at. We'll definitely be back.

We were here for a week in January - by far one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable, felt like staying at a friend's personal winter cabin. Was close enough to town (10 min walk) so we didn't have to drive around and could enjoy the nightlife in Park City. Thanks, we'll be back!
