Tubac is an art community and also has many historical sites including the Presidio, Anza Trail and the Tumacocari Mission. Golf, Birding Hiking, Shopping are some of the activities in the area. We are also about 25 minutes from the Mexican border town of Nogales, which offers a fun day of shopping and some nice restarants.Pets are welcome and there is a small fenced yard and lots of great places to walk with your dog.

My wife and I discovered Tubac 2 years ago. The weather in the winter is fantastic. We love sitting in our courtyard with coffee in the morning watching the hummingbirds. In the evening we sit on the back patio and enjoy the view of the mountains shrouded in the soft evening sun.
Why the Owner Chose Tubac
We chose to buy here because we like the golf course, the weather and the lovely small artistic community. The fact that most everyone is new to town has made it easy for us to meet new friends. We also like the proximity to Mexico.
The Unique Benefits of this Casita
The best feature of our rental is that you can bring your pets. The casita is within walking distance of the village and the golf resort. We have the only casita with a kitchenette and a full size refigerator making it easy to prepare meals or fix picnic lunches.
