You and your family will love relaxing in this exceptional 3 bedroom pool home in a quiet, gated community only a few miles from Disney. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home, including a dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware. The breakfast bar is a perfect spot to have a snack and view the 42" LCD TV in the living room. The family can gather for meals or games at the dining table. Wireless internet is provided to enable a free connection to the internet.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and 37" LCD TV with a DVD/VHS player. A second bedroom also offers the luxury of a queen sized bed. Twin beds in the third bedroom are great for children or adults who share a room. This bedroom also features a 26” LCD TV and DVD player that offers a separate space for kids to watch their favorite DVDs/movies. A pack and play, high chair, and bed rail are also provided for guests with young children.
Families will enjoy playing pool or Foosball in the game room or playing and splashing in the private pool. The pool can be heated for year round enjoyment. The large pool deck offers guests a lovely spot for enjoying the Florida weather. There is also a community pool, playground, and large lake (with fishing pier) to use during your stay.
The Bedford is only one mile from shops and restaurants on Rt. 192 and just under four miles from the gates of Disney. Sea World, Universal Studios, and other attractions are also within easy reach. Don Liverpool U.K A very well equipped and sorted villa . very clean and tidy. We spent 3 weeks at the house and it quickly became a home from home ,Well placed for Disney and Universal ,lots of choice for eating out and shopping within easy reach . Hi! My husband, our two daughters (5y + 2y) and I spent an awesome time in the Orlando area - partly due to the fact, that after an eventful, exciting, hot day around we got home and could chill at the pool, fix a quick dinner, enjoy the game room and put the girls down in separate rooms. The house is spotless, with modern and child-friendly furniture (high chair and crib!!), fully equipped and close to grocery, restaurants and to many great things. We did two Disney Parks, Kennedy Space Center, went to the beach just behind the Center (well, just behind, it was a longer drive than we expected, but worth it), drove all the way up to the Wekiwa Springs which are a total must-do, with boating and alligators and turtles and cool birds and clear, fresh water. The only drawback was that when arriving, the AC was set REALLY cool, so my husband got a cold. But after we set it to a (for us) reasonable temperature, we were all fine and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We'd definitely recommend this house to all our friends. It was so nice to park your car in the driveway, put the key in the door and walk into a private home...quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable and all ours...for 3 nights. It was just my husband and me, so we certainly had plenty of room. Leave the hustle and bustle of the hotel experience behind; relax after a long day at Disney! This home was so convenient to all of the Disney Parks, as well as Universal and Hollywood Studios. We definitely recommend this lovely home and Debbie and Keith were great; very friendly and helpful. Overall; a great experience.

The house is exactly as you see in the photos and description. It's conveniently located close to Disney, for a fraction of the cost. The entire house was exceptionally clean (I am very picky), especially the floors. The home has a full kitchen with all of the utensils and things you need to cook. If you forget anything, there is a grocery store minutes away. The game room was great for the kids and kept them occupied while the adults relaxed. The owner is easy to work with and responded very quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this home!

This home is in a secure gated community close to Disney attractions. This home will not disappoint. Accommodations were superb including the heated pool. Would highly recommend it.

House has a good location 10 minutes from Disney Studios and Animal Kingdom, 15 minutes from EPCOT and MK with a couple of good restaurants nearby. 6 adults makes the house feel cramped, probably would be better with 4 adults and two kids. Pool looked nice but too cold to swim when we were there, however does have plenty of sitting room on screened back porch. House was clean and comfortable, lots of extra blankets and pillows (we needed them with lows in the 30's) Mattress in Master Bedroom needs updating though. Bathrooms were adequate but beware if you have someone with limited mobility as the tub height is on the high side. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinners and breakfast. Couches comfortable but only seating for 5 around TV. Would stay here again.

This house was everything & more! We felt so at home here! It was clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location as we took 429 to visit family every day! The west side of 192 is the best place to be! Thanks for a memorable and fun vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The house was clean and nicely decorated and the pool was wonderful! The location was perfect, a couple miles from Disney and restaurants but not so close that you are in all the chaos. Keith was a delight to deal with and the management company was great to deal with as well. When we arrived one of the alarms on the door leading to the pool area was beeping every 30 seconds and the management company was out in 30 minutes to take care of it(needed new battery). We are planning on staying here again next year. Thanks Keith!!

We enjoyed staying here. This house is attractive, nicely furnished, clean, and well maintained. The decor is lovely and it has a good floor plan. It had the amenities we wanted -- including comfortable beds, tv/cable, a nice pool and lanai, quiet surroundings, and a convenient location. The neighborhood is pleasant with homes, a lake, and trees. There is a small shopping center a couple miles away and Disney is only a few minutes beyond that. We will definitely be back!
