Just park at your door and head into your comfortably appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse. Avoid all those high-rise headaches, no roads to cross, no elevators, no lobbies, no waiting - you are on your own time because Southbay is a community of privately owned townhomes.
Our "home away from home" has 1300 square feet and comes fully furnished with all the comforts you could wish for. Some of the amenities include central air conditioning, cable TV in living room and ALL bedrooms, DVD, Stereo system, internet access and a full size washer and dryer in the home. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and more. A plush king size bed, private master bath and walk in closet awaits you in the master bedroom. The townhome sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.
On the grounds of Southbay all guests can enjoy swimming in one of the 2 adult pools (1 heated) or 2 kiddie pools. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a fresh water 5 acre lake that you can fish in. Destin's emerald coast white sand beaches are a very short walk away from your front door through the lush Southbay grounds - No roads to cross. And our own special free bonus - complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach! (includes two beach chairs and 1 umbrella)
Our townhome is located in the heart of Destin near all the after beach attractions you will want. Dozens of restaurants are nearby to satisfy all discerning appetites. Attractions just minutes away include, Harbor Walk, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahuna Water Park, Destin Commons, and Baytowne Wharf. It's all here waiting for you to enjoy. I recommend this condo. It was very clean and furnished nice. The kitchen had everything you needed. The washer and dryer was a big plus. Just a short walk to the beach. GREAT PLACE.

My husband and I have been at this property four times now. It is very affordable and the condo is roomy, clean and comfortable! The white sand beaches are amazing. It is close to the beach, water park, great food and tons of shopping. We are already looking forward to next season so we can return! Zita and Laszlo

My family and I stayed in this condo for 4 days it was awesome very clean very roomy beach was a little walk from condo but a nice walk the kids and I walked there no problem at all. We will be back next year to stay for a whole week and I will set it up to stay in this condo again I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

We just got back (July 31 through August 6). The condo is very clean and comfortable. There were five adults and two little children and we had plenty of room. The condo is right by the north pool. Further from the beach--literally the furthest building in the complex--but the walk is very manageable and I'd even say pleasant. The beach itself is great and your chairs and umbrella are ready for you upon arrival and held for you all day so no need to race down and claim your spot. A very serviceable kitchen, multiple bathrooms, laundry for your clothes and beach towels. It was really an enjoyable and comfortable, convenient stay. The owners are very nice people and were incredibly easy to work with. They seemed genuinely interested in ensuring a good experience.

We just got back home from our stay in Destin, in this town home.. It was a good walk to the beach but the pool was right in front of us which was A+++ The owners were Wonderful to rent from, they made sure we had a perfect stay in their townhouse.. We stayed in this lovely condo with our four kids, all over 18. It was perfect with the beach a short walk across a bridge, pool steps from the door, pizza next door and the grocery across the street. Loved every minute, nice size for everyone to relax.

This was our second trip to Destin and luckily we were able to rent this same unit as we did 2 years ago. Overall, this condo was very clean, well up-kept and very accommodating. It was a bonus to have the swimming pool only a few steps from the front door. The beach was immaculately clean and the ocean was crystal clear. We are already looking forward to the next visit! I recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation in Destin. To the owners- Thanks for the renting it to us! We have truly made some great memories staying here.
