The pictures do not do this villa justice. It is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. My jaw dropped when I opened the door. The community is quiet which I loved. The pools and workout facility were great. Rochelle was wonderful to work with. She was very nice and accommodating as this was a last minute trip. Will rent here again. Yvette Richardson

I took my 3 small kids for a Spring Break trip. My mother came and my husband joined us later in the week. The villa was so light and airy and we all had plenty of room. It had everything we needed. We loved the indoor pool as it was still not warm enough all days for the outside pool and/or ocean. The ocean was just a short drive away. The kids had a blast. It was so beautiful and quiet. I can't wait to come back and make more memories with my family.

The Condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean and bright. It is close to everything you might need. Groceries, shops, excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, etc are just minutes away.The complex was quiet and restful and included a swell workout room, indoor and outdoor pools and adjacent golf facilities. Rochelle, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 months and enjoyed the Condo and the area so much that we have already scheduled a return visit. .

Three couples (siblings and spouses) stayed at this condo for a week beginning October 15, 2011. It was wonderful to find a spot that was suitable for our mini family reunion, which also accommodated the golfers in the family. The unit was very spacious, well decorated, and clean. It certainly met all our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner, Rochelle, was very easy to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions that we had.

We had such a good time during our vacation in this condo. Everything was within a few min. away. The condo was excellent: clean, spacious, relaxing, great amenities. I definitely would like to go back.

Myself, husband, and 4 year old stayed at the villa June 18th - June 25th 2011. Villa was exceptionally clean and very tastefully decorated. There's tons of natural light since the Villa is an end unit. Also a very nice view of the pond and pool from the balcony. My husband throughly enjoyed the golf course, par 3, and driving range playing 5 out of the 7 days. All were lighted and open until 11pm. We also took advantage of the on-site mini golf and ice cream parlor. The pool was just a short walk from the villa. Never overcrowded and always plenty of seating. The Villa is in a wonderful location. There's both a Bi-Lo and Walmart within a mile and tons of eating choices. Landry's Seafood (Broadway @ the Beach), Sara J's, Ultimate California Pizza, Burro Loco, and The 2nd Ave Pier House were some of our favorites.The Grand Strand and Broadway @ the Beach are only a short distance. I don't believe we ever drove more than 15 minutes to any attraction. We also visited Wild Water & Wheels which is just down the road. There's public beach access just across the road. We went to the beach about 10am every morning and never had any trouble with public beach access parking. The owner, Rochelle, was wonderful and quick to answer any questions. Can't wait to come back!

My family and I needed a convenient place to stay for a few days to plan for an upcoming wedding. We knew the location would be convenient, but we really weren't expecting it to be all that nice. What a pleasant surprise!!! Not only is it convenient, spotless, nicely furnished and comfortable, it is spaceous! It was perfect for our needs. Very accomodating owners as well. (BTW, the 18 hole executive golf course is very nice, can be played in about 3 hours and will work the part of your game that matters.)

My boyfriend and I stayed at the condo from April 15-18. The condo was bright with an open layout and spotless. It's centrally located so everything is within a 5-15 minute drive. We went to the beach 5 minutes away, to the Boardwalk Shopping Mall that was 15 minuntes away and dined a couple nights in Murrels Inlet which is also 5 minutes away. There's a grocery store down the street, Piggly Wiggly and mini golf course & ice cream stand literally at the entrance of the complex. The best thing of all is that you can get to a Krispy Kreme in either direction in less than 10 minutes. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The owner was great and she connected us to locals that were able to help with directions. I would highly recommend staying at the condo. I've already recommended it to friends and family.

We stayed the of March 2011, the condo was more than we expected clean, beautiful,comfortable and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The pictures do not do justice to the condo you have to stay there to see and feel the comfort and beauty. The complex is great, close to everything but far enough for quiet if that is what you are looking for. We have stayed in the area six times, but this was the best.

My husband & I stayed the month of Jan.2011 and were so happy here as the condo is as pretty as the pictures and convenient to everything..shopping,restaurants,golf,and of course ,the beach! Rochelle is one of the nicest people I've ever met and as easy a rental as we've ever had in the 18 years we've been coming to the Myrtle Beach area! We would highly recommend this condo to family and friends!

Greg and MJ needed a holiday away from doctors and hospitals. We found it . The condo is well decorated and clean. It is a great spot for fashion shopping and groceries as well. Everything you could ask for is within minutes of the condo. We have rebooked for 3 months this year.

Our Sept visit to Rochelle's condo was the very best. Spacious, clean and serene. It was quiet and very peaceful. I personally appreciated the kitchen amenities. Our owner was great to work with and attentive. I have only to say everything deserves a 10!!!!! The hot days made the pool inviting. Hope to return Dorothy and Alfred Fuller

we stayed in this condo in august 7 th thru the 14th,2010 we were very pleased with the looks of the condo and the surroundings around it.the property was well maintained and very clean.the listing for this property was very accurate and the miniture golf coursewas great for the kids and we all loved the ice cream shop that was right on the property.rochelle,the owner was very helpful when i had any questions even if i thought they were cazy ones.she is truly a wonderful lady and i would recommend this condo to all of my friens that would be going to the myrtle beach area.

The condo was everything and more that the pictures reflected. It was clean and had everything we needed! We found all the amenities helpful. The property was also well maintained. My family and I were there for a wedding and ended up making a mini-vacation out of the trip. We used the pool, fitness center, club house and driving range, and found them all to be great!

My family and I spent a weekend getaway at this wonderful condo. Not only was the place exceptionally clean, but it was beautifully decorated. The condo was spacious and beautiful, but also comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful,a joy to work with. The whole vicinity is clean and family friendly. Overall, our experience here was wonderful and we would love to come back and visit.

This condo proved to be an excellent choice. The home is lovely. It is only a short walk to the golf course, driving range, grocery store, and sub shop. You can even walk to the beach which is about one mile away. There is also a shuttle service to the beach that is provided. For us, it was just as easy to walk or take the car. It has a very nice indoor and outdoor pool as well as a fitness center in the development. You can see the pool and recreation center from the home. Again only a very short walk to the recreation facilities. We plan on staying here again in the future.

We rented this condo for the month of March. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo and well furnished. It is the end unit, which provides alot of light. There are elevators on site. It is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located to the pools and the fitness center. The indoor pool was very warm, we enjoyed it especially when it was very cold outside. The condo is very close to the golf course. There is an executive course and a chip and putt course on site as well as a miniature golf course. It is centrally located to all the good restaurants, shopping areas and the beach. A super market (BI-LO) is walking distance from it. It is close to Murrells Inlet which has many good restaurants, Druken Jacks is our favorite. St. Michael's Catholic Church is very close. The condo looks exactly like the pictures shown. The owner was very accomodating and hospitable. Anytime I had a question about something, she responded immediatley. Also the site property manager is an excellent person to know. We had a wonderful time here. We hope to rent it again in the future.
