  We had two families vacationing together. This home was absolutely wonderful and more than plenty of room for us to be together, yet have our own space. The view is incredible - bring your binoculars to watch the beautiful cranes and other nesting birds across the lagoon. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed, as well as the ping pong table in the garage. It is an easy bike ride to the tennis center, PD General Store, Shelter Cove, the beach. It's a lovely quiet neighborhood and the home has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable even when the weather isn't the best, which was the case for the last few days of our stay. Larry, the owner, was kind enough to include a few movie passes to the local theater which were appreciated on a rainy day! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great family meals and there is a grill outside. The house is simply beautiful and feels secluded, yet close to everything. We enjoyed deep sea fishing, parasailing, and just relaxing on the beach and lots of fresh local seafood. We hope to return - perfect for a tennis team trip or a family vacation!

  This is a large, gorgeous, extremely luxurious home that easily housed our family of 8 adults and six children. Everything is as described in the listing. The location is superb-lagoon in back, golf course view, close to the gate to allow easy access. Hilton Head is a great place to spend a week-great golf, great restaurants, this house has a beautiful pool and spa. The house even has an elevator. We plan to return next year.

  Spent a phenomenal week with family in this home!! Perfect location to beach with geogeous view of the lagoon. The house was very spacious for our family of 10 - allowing us to not get on each others nerves:). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the whole Palmetto Dunes area. We did cook a lot though and found that the kitchen was not as stocked with equipment as we would have liked. You may want to check ahead of time if you need items for cooking. Hope to return again!!!

  We stayed in this house Feb. 11-25. The pictures do not do the house justice. It truly is just beautiful. The property is well maintained and the owner was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. If you are interested in riding bikes, I would recommend either renting them or bringing your own. There were 3 at the house but they were pretty rusty and needed air in the tires. OK for a ride through the neighborhood but not much farther. We had dinner one night at Catch 22 and had good service and we all enjoyed our meals. We also went to happy hour at the Island Winery one night and we all thought that was a fun experience too. I would recommend this house to friends and relatives.

  Outstanding Experience..... I recently visited Hilton Head with 12 golfing buddies for our annual trip. We had 2 houses in Palmetto Dunes, this one and another 5 bedroom unit. This house became the "home base" for our activities. Everything was nice; lots of space and beautiful views. We grilled out one night and everyone had a ball. Hope we can come to HH next year and rent this unit.

  We were fortunate to find this property for our group of 5 couples. We each had a private bedroom and private bath. The house has many common areas so everyone had plenty of room to spread out and do their own thing - play games, watch TV, read, relax on the porch, etc. There are plenty of dishes, etc. in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit down and eat. (Formal dining area seats 10, table off kitchen seats 8.) One of the rooms upstairs has a large screen TV and was great for the guys watching sports while the ladies watched other shows in the living room. Also upstairs is a common seating area and another table - great for board games or cards. The view of the golf course was great, as well as the birds, jumping fish, and alligators. Two of us brought kayaks and enjoyed the views from the water. The location is also great, centrally located to all we wanted to do in Hilton Head. We enjoyed all three golf courses in Palmetto Dunes. I would highly recommend this home and staying in Palmetto Dunes.

  We recently stayed at this home on Hilton Head Island. My family and I have been renting homes on HHI for many years. This house is by far our favorite that we've ever rented. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect. The backyard is private but gives you incredible views of the lagoon and the George Fazio course. The pool is very large for a rental on HHI. For the majority of the day, you get direct sunlight. At the same time, there was always shade which was good since we had three kids under the age of 3. The owner's have thought of just about everything when it comes to the interior of the house. The convenience of an elevator from the garage level is great with all the suitcases we had. The marble floor throughout the house is amazing. The open layout of the house awesome. All the bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable. Everything is brand new in the home. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are large and have great showers. A very large tv with high definition and surround sound was another bonus. We spent a lot of time on the back terrace. That's where our mornings started with coffee and the nights ended. The owners were very easy to deal with. They were very quick to answer any questions I had about our stay and the home. Very friendly to deal with. I often use reviews I find on the internet to make decisions on rentals, restaurants, etc. At the same time, I hardly ever give my own reviews. I had to write something because this house was an absolute A+. We plan on coming back and renting this house many times in the future. I hope this helps in your search for a rental home on Hilton Head Island.
