We very much enjoyed the condo. It was very well appointed, and amenities provided made it feel like a second home. Hot tub with the children was a great treat after a day of skiing. We would highly recommend this unit.

We were there for x-mas week. The house is well equiped & very well taken care of. Many little extras were there, so if you forgot to get something essential you would probably find it in the house. Thought the stairs whould be hard esp. winter but they were fine. The snow was shoveled right after about 25" fell. They even shoveled the small deck where the hot tub was. We were w/ our son who will be deployed this summer so it was a great to be able to have a wonderful christmas & ski time w/ him. Would def. come back. Don't need a car, you can walk to town or take the free bus service if you need to go further.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We stayed at the Daly Street property over the Thanksgiving vacation. The owner has spared no expense to make this a pleasant place to stay. Everything was first class. It was a perfect location to restaurants and strolling through town. You would however have to drive to skiing just a short distance. The owner was available when we had a few questions. We would love to stay here again in any season.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Where do I start?? This condo was unreal! What a wonderful place, me and my brother stayed here for the month of august and it was spectacular, everything you need to have a great get away or a vacation , the place is extremely nice and very clean, it has all the amenities you can think of and it has wonderful beds, It is also very close to historic main street which makes this rental even better! Just a short walk down not even 5 minutes! We had a car but really you can manage without one here as this condo is right in the mix of things, and we could walk down to where the free trolley route is which was also a very short walk. The owner and her daughter made this a very pleasant experience for us and they were extremely friendly people as well, Great people and a great condo for a very, very enjoyable experience, I highly recommend this place for others, Thank you Alicia and thank you Michelle for making our stay the best:) until next time, CHEERS!:)

Great place to get away while being close to everything

This condo is clean, well-maintained with every imaginable amenity from kitchen equipment to laundry equipment to desk supplies. It is professionally managed (really high marks here) and during the week we were there the pool was serviced and the gardeners thoroughly cleaned and manicured the exterior. It appeared to be recently professionally decorated and was impeccable. Would have liked an outside deck, but aside from that it is well worth the price and is highly recommended.

This condo is just up the road from the top of Main Street (you can walk into town in 5-10 minutes). We had two couples and stayed comfortably here for 4 nights. The condo is nicely appointed (flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom), has a modern kitchen, and was very clean. The hot tub (always nice after a long day of skiing) is indeed designed for two people. There were no real negatives... the only comment would be that if you are challenged by stairs, then you might have a problem with the big climb to the front door (this was not an issue for us at all). We would definitely consider staying here the next time we come to Park City !

We stayed in the upper unit for a week in February- -in short, it was great. It is a very nicely appointed, very well-kept and comfortable unit. TV's in every room, wi-fi, nice appliances, lots of room--really everything you could ask for. Short walk down to the trolley stop and upper end of Main Street. We started from Town Lift a couple of days and bussed it to the resort center and to Deer Valley a couple of other days. The owner was there to greet us, checked in with us during the stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return soon. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this property on our trip to Park City in February, 2010. - The townhouse was very clean and bright. Despite the heavy snow prior to our arrival, the parking area and walkways were clear of snow and ice, which was much appreciated! - The decor was beautiful and the furnishings were very comfortable. - There were no photos of the kitchen, but it was beautiful with granite countertops, induction cooktop and oven, coffee-maker, and everything we needed for cooking. - We enjoyed the outdoor hottub, the flat screen TV's (great for watching the Super Bowl!), and the internet access - it's really nice to have amenities like this on vacation. It was also nice to have the washer and dryer so that we could pack lighter and avoid extra baggage charges. - The location of this property was perfect! Within a 5 mintute drive, we could be at our choice of three ski resorts. We had a car, but it would be easy to manage without one. It was an easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants.

We came out with a group of friends for a few days in January of this year. We had both units (1 & 2) and slept 10 comfortably. There are flat-screens in almost every room, hot tubs in both units, a stone's throw to downtown Park City nightlife. There is a washer/dryer, coffee maker, 2 car garage, everything you could want. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended! Been coming out West to ski for years and this was by far the nicest, most convenient place we've stayed at. We'll definitely be back.

We were here for a week in January - by far one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable, felt like staying at a friend's personal winter cabin. Was close enough to town (10 min walk) so we didn't have to drive around and could enjoy the nightlife in Park City. Thanks, we'll be back!

This condo has it all. The owner thought of everything! Very nice unit with comfortable beds/linens/comforters, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed internet, flat screen tv in den and master bedroom and renovated bathrooms. Unit conveniently located to Main Street, grocery stores and Park City Mountain Resort. Owner made our Christmas complete by providing us with a Christmas tree decorated with lights and ornaments.
