The open living / dining area features hardwood floors and a large granite gas fireplace creating intimacy and warmth; perfect for a romantic getaway or for the family to cozy up in front, on a chilly winter night. The Kitchen with its granite countertops and new appliances is perfect for the chef in the group! Salida Row features two cozy bedrooms with comfy new Queen size beds and a shiny clean, modern bathroom. There is a futon mattress for a kiddo on the floor. The home offers a flat screen TV with cable channels and is conveniently located within a one block of the library or 2 or 3 blocks to numerous internet cafes for your internet connection. Ask about adding internet service for extended stays.
Neighboring Alpine park is perfect for the kids and is home to Salida's colorful Farmer's Market from June through mid October. The bike trails are also nearby along with just about any outdoor adventure of your choice! There is a small outdoor area with seating in the back yard and a garage is available for your use. The shared back yard is fenced and your dog may enjoy this yard with owner supervision and conscientious clean-up.
Salida Row is "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $20 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays.
Rates are based on four person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 4 people. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability. Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page). Published seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. Actual availability is subject to owner use. The non-refundable $35 Accidental Damage Insurance fee applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. This house welcomes a well behaved dog for $10/night that would not be left alone indoors. Extended stays available.
