Spend your days on the mountain, your evenings in old town and never move your car. Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat, this third floor corner unit at the Residences of Old Town is just one block off Lincoln street between 7th and 8th streets. Walk to the unique shops, wonderful restaurants and night life of Old Town Steamboat or stay in and watch the ski jumpers on Howelsen Hill from your front window.
The condo comfortably sleeps 4-5 with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. The living room couch (not a sleeper) can be used in a pinch. WIFI, gas fireplace, cable TV, DVR, and DVD player as well as assorted games and puzzles are in the living room. Each bedroom has cable TV and a DVD player. Washer and dryer along with laundry soap are in the unit and there is one assigned parking spot for your use. The free Steamboat Springs Transit stops at 7th and Lincoln, one block from the condo.
Discounts for returning guests and extended stays (holidays excluded).
$50 cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights.

We loved being within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. We watched ski-jumpers on Howelsen Hill and golfed at Steamboat Golf Course. We went sight seeing, hiking, and lots of eating. We went to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park, Dinosaur Nat'l Monumnet (to see Barry's contemporaries), Fish Creek Falls, Strawberry Park Hot Springs, Rode the Gondola and ate some more (a personal favorite). Our favorite benefit of this unit is its location. We can walk to downtown for world class shopping and restaurants. But it doesn't get much better than watching the skiers on Howelsen Hill in the winter and the tubers on the Yampa river in the summer - all from the living room window.
