Year Purchased: 2009
We live in Alberta, Canada and wanted a place to get out of the cold winters. We love the Arizona sunshine and are pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone is. Gilbert is a wonderful area with lots of golfing and amenities. Our two college-aged kids will enjoy coming down and visiting us when they can.
Why the Owner Chose Gilbert
We bought this two year old, never lived in show home in September. We were so excited with all the upgrades that came with the home as it exceeded our expectations of a home away from home. We are not yet able to snowbird full time and we are so proud of our new place that we would love to share the use. The association does a great job of maintaining the grounds and the community pools are large and beautiful. We look forward to going down when we can but unfortunately that is not often enough.
