The property is located close to the beach entrance and is easy to get to from Hwy 17. The house is located on a wooded lot with nice front yard and fenced back yard. The house has dual parking under with 3 entrances to the main living area. The main level has a living area and open kitchen and dining area 2 bedrooms and full bath located down the hall. There are 3 porches on the main level 1 in the front and 2 in the back of the house. The back porch of the living area is screened with a large table and 4 chairs. The master is located on the second floor with a large master bath and separate bunk room located to the rear.
The parking level has another screened porch with table and chairs and a Pawleys Island hammock just outside the porch.

Why the Owner Chose Pawleys Island
North Litchfield Beach is a quiet family beach with great golf courses, restaurants and beaches. Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Murrels Inlet and The Shops at Pawleys Island are just few miles away. Myrtle Beach is a short 30 minute ride to the north for those who want a little more action.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house was custom built by the previous owners in 1999 and and is not your typical beach house. It has a large master upstairs with a small room adjacent to it with bunk beds, great for small children. Located just 100 yards from the beach entrance makes for great morning and evening walks on the beach. 2 screened porches and 2 open porches make the home very relaxing. The open sun deck of the master bedroom makes a great get away for quiet reading or sunbathing. The Jenn-Air cook top and Bosch dishwasher make for great entertaining and easy clean up. Overall it is a very relaxing and in a excellent location.

My wife and I live in Columbia, SC with our 3 boys, we selected our beach house in Pawleys Island because it is a just over 2 hours from our home. We spend mostly weekends and holidays at the beach. We are both University of South Carolina graduates and enjoy attending all home football games. Eventually we plan to retire on the coast either in Pawleys Island or Charleston.
