As I have breakfast sitting in our Lanai and look out across a beautiful serene lake, I can only see trees, sky and emerald green water. I can only hear birds and insects; not the sound of a car or truck can be heard. Occasionally a fish disturbs the calmness of the lake surface. I can only imagine all those shivering folks up north as I ask my wife to pass the the number 45 sun tan lotion.
I don't know---should I play tennis right across the driveway from our condo or walk a few steps to the large pool for our community. Maybe I'll do both today since it about 85 degrees. Then this afternoon, we'll drive the 4 miles to Barefoot Beach, swim, play a little volleyball and have an early dinner at Doc's restaurant.
Then it's back to Sarah Jean Circle for a quiet evening looking out over the lake from our first floor unit. Each building has 12 units - with one unit upstairs and one unit downstairs. I like the lower apartment because we don't have to walk the stairs. Just a short 8 miles north of downtown Naples and 3 miles south of Bonita Beach Road we are close to all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
