Why the Owner Chose Crescent Royale
We chose Crescent Royale after looking at 25 to 30 other condos up and down the beach. We loved this view the best and the public beach was always the cleanest and most pristine on Siesta Key. We also preferred to be close to the lifeguards and concession stand. We never miss the drum circle ritual on the beach on Sundays and all we have to do is walk over to see it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the balcony the best - the view is incredible. We have our coffee there in the morning and a glass of wine before retiring in the late evening. We are beach lovers so we spend the late morning and early afternoon lounging at the beach. I also love to walk the beach for an hour, early in the morning, sometimes covering 2 to 3 miles. Yoga on the beach is also very relaxing - free classes are held 4 days a week.
Owner's Map of Crescent Royale
We visited Siesta Key for the first time in 1997 and fell in love with the most beautiful beach we had ever seen. We continued coming back year after year and dreamed of one day owning our own little piece of paradise. In 2003 that dream came true when we found condo #409 in Crescent Royale.

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving week in this beautiful condo. All the comforts of home and more, including beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach bag and much, much more. The sunsets from the lanai are absolutely the most beautiful anywhere on the East Coast. Siesta Key Village is a great place for walking and browsing through the shops. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place to get away from the "rat race".

Your condo was just perfect. We wanted to get away from our daily routine, lounge on the beach and attempt to "stop the world" while we just enjoyed ourselves in a beautiful location.
