We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella so you can sit on the beach and enjoy the sounds and sights of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Condo has 180 degree ocean view off the full width balcony and full inter-coastal view on the other side. Eat breakfast while you enjoy the sunrise over the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy the balcony, furnished with table, chairs as well as loungers, and sit back and enjoy another beautiful sunset in paradise!
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mix master, dishes, pots and pans as well as basic spices. The master suite is spacious with a king sized bed, large walk-in closet, bathroom with two sinks, large soaker tub and large separate shower. All linens are provided including luxury 600 thread count sheets. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and there is an additional full bathroom, providing privacy for all. A washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

We purchased this property this summer after spending many winters holidaying in the area. We fell in love with the beautiful beaches, the ocean, the wonderful weather, the great restaurants, variety of attractions, the proximity to the airport, activities for everyone of all ages. This truly is paradise!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
My favorite activity is to sit or walk on the beach directly in front of my condo ... no roads to cross! My husband loves to keep busy, so we have the best of both worlds here. He can swim in the pool, exercise in the fitness center, play tennis or billiards. We are close to everything ... restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, and theme parks. We are 1 1/2 hours to Disney World, 20 minutes to the antiquing town of Dunedin, 30 minutes to the romantic Greek town and sponge docks of Tarpon Springs, close to wonderful kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, 20 minutes to St. John Pass, 5 minutes to fishing, miniature golf, golf courses, 30 minutes to St Pete Beach, 1 hour to the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, 1 hour to the outlet mall and less than 3 hours to the Everglades. There are so many things to do and see that you will not be bored during your stay in our condo.
