I'm offering my luxury condo right on one of the best beaches in the world. This could become your favorite place to visit (it happened to me). This sixth floor Condo is located directly on the beautiful sugar white sand beach AND faces the Gulf of Mexico, providing incredible views from every room. It has 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico off the spacious balcony with access from both the bedroom and living room, as well as full intracoastal views from the breakfast nook. The balcony is furnished with table, chairs as well as loungers, so you can sit back and watch the dolphins play in the surf or enjoy the beautiful sunsets in paradise! We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella, if you would rather sit on the beach and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mix master, dishes, pots and pans as well as basic spices. The master suite is spacious with a king sized bed, new bedding, large walk-in closet, bathroom with two sinks, large soaker tub as well as a large separate shower. All linens are provided including new luxurious towels and 600 thread count sheets.. This freshly painted condo features a new queen sized sleeper sofa and an additional bathroom, providing privacy for all. The frontload washer and dryer are new and central air conditioning is provided for your comfort. We also offer free long distance calling in North America, as well as internet, so you can stay connected with home.
Crescent Beach Club is the ultimate in luxury! You won’t find another complex with all the features of this luxury resort style condo. It offers: 2 heated gulf side pools with deck directly on the beach; 2 outside spas; tennis court; a state of the art fitness center complete with steam room, sauna, locker rooms, and indoor hot tub; billiard room; and Gulf front barbecue grills. We purchased this property after spending many winters holidaying in the area. We fell in love with the beautiful beaches, the ocean, the wonderful weather, the great restaurants, variety of attractions, the proximity to the airport, and activities for everyone of all ages. This truly is paradise! We are close to everything ... 1 1/2 hours to Disney World, 20 minutes to the antiquing town of Dunedin, 30 minutes to the romantic Greek town and sponge docks of Tarpon Springs, 20 minutes to John's Pass, 30 minutes to St. Pete's Beach, 1 hour to the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, 1 hour to the outlet mall and less than 3 hours to the Everglades. What are you waiting for?

A true "home" experience

We rented this condo from Jackie & Fred in November 2011 and could not have been happier. This is not a vacation rental. It is a home and that is evident from the moment you walk in. All amenities are provided and are exactly what you would want and need for your stay there. Decor was beautiful. The view from the balcony to the Gulf and the nightly sunset was also beautiful and breath taking. Close proximity to some of the best restaurants in the area and some within walking distance. Make sure you refer to their guest book which offers guidance on placed to go in the area.where to go. That book was on the money on everything! Looking forward to heading back in 2012!

For those of you who want the guaranteed family vacation - I can confirm this is it! This was our first time booking this condo and I can tell you that it exceeded our expectations. I have a seven year old that fell in love with sand keys private beach and this condo! I just wanted you all to know that we had the best vacation (regardless even when it rained from time to time). I wanted to thank the Tolsdorf's for listing the property because it was absolutely perfect for us. The decor and cleanliness was as if we were home but just relocated on a dream beach. We really felt at home and that's important for me as a mother. My little guy loved the facilities - he played pool and tennis a few times with my husband. We successfully taught him to swim and can tell you that we could not get him out of the gulf of mexico until he said "mom it's time to go home" (he referred to the condo as home which goes to show you we had a wonderful experience - children are honest in every way). It was great having all the available channels on the tv (Disney ruled most of the time and then my soap opera channel. We also loved the availability of internet. Every morning before heading to the beach - we video connected with my parents threw MSN they are in Europe for the entire summer - we took them out to the balcony for breakfast every morning to sit with us and watch the beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect, very comfortable. We loved the quietness and privacy. We absolutely loved the Lanai and gulf view. We watched Dolphins play and laughed at the Pelicans. The sunsets were amazing. What more can we say? We go home relaxed and happy. My husband and I spent 3 weeks at this location in April 2010. The condo is very beautiful and was fully equipped with everything you might need. The beach and sunsets were breathtaking and we enjoyed many barbecue suppers on the huge balcony. We choose this property because of its description and pictures but it was so much better than photos can show. My husband enjoyed jogging on the beach and sidewalk and I made full use of the exercise room downstairs. The condo is close to beautiful Clearwater beach and everything is closeby(groceries, shopping, restaurants, fishing, boat rental, golf, etc.) The owners are really nice people and were very helpful during our stay at their condo. We highly recommend this property and plan to return ourselves next year.
