The condo has been just newly decorated. It is ideally located 1 1/2 blocks from the gondola and Lift 8, the Ice House is a perfect location for a ski vacation. Access to the hot tub, steam room and indoor/outdoor pool add to the luxury of this condo. There is also an elevator and ski lockers for your convenience.
Restaurants are not far away as The Ice House is adjacent to the well-known La Marmotte French restaurant and Smugglers Notch is just across the street. There are many other restaurants within walking distance throughout downtown Telluride as well as in the Mountain Village. The Mountain Village is a short 15 minute free ride on the gondola.
The town of Telluride is a quaint village that has retained it's 19th century architecture from the days when it was a mining town. There are many charming shops, antique stores and art galleries. For your convenience there is a grocery store, bakery, liquor store and pharmacy.

This condo is close to everything. It's on the old town side of Telluride, 2 blocks off the main street, 1 block from the outstanding "Baked in Telluride" bakery, half block from the gondola. At the end of the day you ski off the mountain literally right down to the door of the condo. Be on Bear Creek trailhead in two minutes; Nordic ski or walk on the trail that runs alongside the river that borders the town. The condo unit and whole complex is very nicely kept up and furnished. The sauna/pool/hottub is spacious and clean. The walls are thick, units are quiet. Full kitchen so you can eat in, or if you prefer dining out it's a block away from very fine dining and across the street from a burger and fries place! We have very much enjoyed our stays here! Can't recommend it highly enough.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
