This beautiful condo on the beach is a great place to get away from your everyday life. Costa Bonita has great restaurants and a large natural themed pool and spa. A convenient store is located near the front office for everyday supplies. The beach is steps away from the pool where you can enjoy the ocean in the water or by laying down on the provided lounges under the palapas (natural leaf umbrellas). There is also a great bar that serves food and drinks on the beach where you can have dinner and watch the beautiful Mazatlan sunsets.
The unit is on the fifth floor with a great view of the ocean and the pool. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms along with a sofa bed makes it comfortable even for a big family.
Included in the unit is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove with microwave oven, sink, blender, cooking area, pots and pans, kitchenware and utensils, pantry and a dishwasher. There is a large glass table that sits 6 comfortably. There is also a bar with bar stools perfect for morning breakfasts.
The living room includes a cable LCD television with a DVD player. The condo has a large DVD library for that perfect night in. Free wireless internet is also provided (Wi-Fi) along with two internet cables. The condo is equipped with comforting air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to keep the environment cool and calm.
Maid/cleaning service is provided prior to arrival and after departure only. Rentals of 6 weeks or more will include one extra cleaning service upon request.

THE PLUSES: NICE LOCATION IN BLDG. NICELY DECORATED. REASONABLE PRICE, NICE OWNER. THE NEGATIVES: OWNER NOT REALLY SET UP AS LANDLORD. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS AS TO GARBAGE, OPERATIONS,BUSES. ETC. TWO BULBS WERE OUT AND NO SPARES, TOILET RAN , SHOWER DID NOT DRAIN, WATER WAS OFF WHEN I ARRIVED AND REFRIG NOT TURNED ON .. NO GARBAGE BAGS LEFT, SHEETS AND TOWESLS WORN AND EVEN STAINED. GENERAL: THE POOL IS GREAT,AND STAFF TOO .LOTS OF ACTIVITIES AND LONG TERM PEOPLE TO MEET.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We are able to utilize the local supermarkets to fill our refrigerator constantly. This allows a large family to provide nutritious and cost effective meals allowing for funds to be directed towards fun local activities. Mazatlan is also a cultural center of Mexico that hosts many local festivals. The downtown area of Mazatlan and the Golden Zone, great tourist areas with shops and restaurants are convenient distances, accessible by a single bus or taxi.
