Brand new city park & lunch facility 2 minutes away. The fishing is great off the dock. The pool can be heated and has adjoining spa. The pool deck is large and has a great screened in lanai area with furniture for eating and enjoying the outdoors. The home is bright and cheerful with having been decorated by an interior designer in family. This is the ideal property for a long winters stay away from the cold. Home has only been lived in by one owner in the past. we will accept pets on a case by case basis. The location to downtown Fort Myers,Sanibel,Pine Island is great. Waterfront dining at Rumrunners, The Joint,Marker 92,The Nauti Mermaid,1st Round Draught are only a boat ride away or 10 minutes by car. We also offer day trip boat charters to the barrier islands for lunch, sight seeing & shelling out of Sanibel Marina with captain Sonny.

This location is minutes from downtown Fort Myers area, 20 minutes to Ft Myers Beach & 30 minutes to Sanibel Island & 20 minutes to historic Pine Island & 10 minutes to Thomas Edison Estates. The canal system the home is on is direct access with no bridges to the river. Launch ramp & park are 2 minutes away. Close to beaches and shopping. Quiet neighbors and overall great location.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have a heated pool, and hot tub. The sundeck is nice and big and has outdoor lanai furniture great for eating by the pool area. The kitchen is fully furnished if you like to cook we have it. The neighbors are quiet and are home owners and are quite friendly. The boat dock has a 16,000 lb lift brand new, and shore power and water as well. Fishing is great off the dock we have a snook light. If you need taxi service to and from the airport we can arrange that for you as well. We live close by and can assist you for any request you have.
