  We rented the condo for family to come to a college graduation. I did not stay overnight, so I cannot speak to the comfort of the beds. The kitchen is not stocked for a serious cook, but most people don't go on vacation to cook. A relative was trying to teach us a few traditional Chamorro dishes or I wouldn't have noticed. It was beautiful, comfortable and our guests were very pleased with the condo. Views from the balcony were lovely. I would definitely rent this condo again.

  This unit is exceptionally breathtaking. I've made periodic stays in PCB over the years on business and stayed in very nice condos. However, this unit was heads and tails above the rest insofar as decor, amenities and ease of leasing through the owner. The views are majestic and the location is perfect. I would definitely suggest it to anyone traveling to the area. You will be pleasantly surprised!!!

  We've done the girlfriend week for over 15 years now and stayed in several different properties. Now we consider Aqua 801 our girlfriend home. You have to see it to understand how beautiful it is: decor, location, view, access to the beach and pool; and you have to stay there to understand how at-home and fun it feels even though it feels elegant and rich at the same time! The owner is wonderful to work with. No reason to look further! We are already scheduled back for 2013.

  It doesn't get any better than this! This is a roomy, clean, comfortable unit that makes your stay a real pleasure. It has everything you need - well furnished including great beds, 4 TV's, Wifi, beach chairs, full laundry and great ocean view. The location is fantastic with Pier Park being easily within walking distance. This is the fourth year we have been in this unit and we have already booked again for 2014. Thanks Melissa and Pete for a great unit.

  Had a great time. Views from the 8th floor are incredible. Love the kitchen, the way it overlooks the family room. Clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very helpful. Can walk to Pier Park!!

  Just returned from a weeks stay with our 2 daughters and their husbands. 3 bedrooms/3baths was perfect. Unit was very nice, comfortable and clean. Large enogh that we weren't bumping into each other. We are already planning next years vacation at unit 801.

  My sister surprised me with a last minute vacation for "Grown-Up's!" Melissa was wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate us with such short notice! Her condo far exceeded our expectations! Everywhere we looked the attention to detail was a delightful surprise! This was my sister's 8th season to Spring Break in PCB! It was my second. It was by FAR the most beautiful and comfortable accommodations she has stayed in YET! The beds were so High End! One of the things we were very surprised by--- was the attention to detail in the Kitchen! She has really made this like your " HOME AWAY FROM HOME!" as far as Meal Prep and OF COURSE-"Cocktail Time"!!!! The views from the balcony are BREATHTAKING!-- and We began each morning, and ended each evening letting the sights and the sounds of the ocean envelope us with it's magic! We give this condo a 10+ and hope to return again next year!!!! THANKS AGAIN MELISSA!!!

  This place is very cool, very hip design. Owner has excellent taste in decor. We viewed hundreds of properties up and down PCB and selected this one. If you have kids and are staying Nov-April be sure to find a heated pool, this place has one. Pool is at beach level, many locations had the pool above the parking garage on a 4th or 5th floor. Three bedroom, three bathroom was a huge plus especially if you are vacationing with grandparents, they have their own bathroom, can't beat it. The views from the 8th floor are fantastic, we heard several complaints from others on the very high floors-too high, too windy. Another huge plus was walking access to Pier Park restuarants, lots of fun, we especially enjoyed Margaritaville with a table overlooking the ocean. If the weather sours this unit has 1800+ sq feet to spread out in and storage everywhere. We also enjoyed the expansive balcony, sat out there every day to enjoy cocktails and a great sunset view. An additonal plus was all the silverware, plates, glassware etc, the condo had plenty of everything and the whole unit was very clean and well maintained, just as the pictures show. To top it all off, they included the beach chairs and umbrella set up, very nice. We would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. Absoulutely no issues with the owners or the contracts all went smooth like clockwork. Melissa was great to deal with.

  every thing about this condo was first class our group felt like we were in a penthouse.we look forward to our next trip to pcbeach

  We just finished our second stay in this beautiful unit. It was every bit as nice this year as it was last. It is becoming our home away from home. We will be back again in 2012, and hopefully many years thereafter. Melissa and Pete take exceptional care of this fabulous unit and all of us who rent from them are the benefactors. Few places on PCB offer the amenities and conveniences that this one does. Our thanks again to both of you.
