We rented the condo for family to come to a college graduation. I did not stay overnight, so I cannot speak to the comfort of the beds. The kitchen is not stocked for a serious cook, but most people don't go on vacation to cook. A relative was trying to teach us a few traditional Chamorro dishes or I wouldn't have noticed. It was beautiful, comfortable and our guests were very pleased with the condo. Views from the balcony were lovely. I would definitely rent this condo again.

This unit is exceptionally breathtaking. I've made periodic stays in PCB over the years on business and stayed in very nice condos. However, this unit was heads and tails above the rest insofar as decor, amenities and ease of leasing through the owner. The views are majestic and the location is perfect. I would definitely suggest it to anyone traveling to the area. You will be pleasantly surprised!!!

It doesn't get any better than this! This is a roomy, clean, comfortable unit that makes your stay a real pleasure. It has everything you need - well furnished including great beds, 4 TV's, Wifi, beach chairs, full laundry and great ocean view. The location is fantastic with Pier Park being easily within walking distance. This is the fourth year we have been in this unit and we have already booked again for 2014. Thanks Melissa and Pete for a great unit.

We've done the girlfriend week for over 15 years now and stayed in several different properties. Now we consider Aqua 801 our girlfriend home. You have to see it to understand how beautiful it is: decor, location, view, access to the beach and pool; and you have to stay there to understand how at-home and fun it feels even though it feels elegant and rich at the same time! The owner is wonderful to work with. No reason to look further! We are already scheduled back for 2013.

Had a great time. Views from the 8th floor are incredible. Love the kitchen, the way it overlooks the family room. Clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very helpful. Can walk to Pier Park!!

Just returned from a weeks stay with our 2 daughters and their husbands. 3 bedrooms/3baths was perfect. Unit was very nice, comfortable and clean. Large enogh that we weren't bumping into each other. We are already planning next years vacation at unit 801.

My sister surprised me with a last minute vacation for "Grown-Up's!" Melissa was wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate us with such short notice! Her condo far exceeded our expectations! Everywhere we looked the attention to detail was a delightful surprise! This was my sister's 8th season to Spring Break in PCB! It was my second. It was by FAR the most beautiful and comfortable accommodations she has stayed in YET! The beds were so High End! One of the things we were very surprised by--- was the attention to detail in the Kitchen! She has really made this like your " HOME AWAY FROM HOME!" as far as Meal Prep and OF COURSE-"Cocktail Time"!!!! The views from the balcony are BREATHTAKING!-- and We began each morning, and ended each evening letting the sights and the sounds of the ocean envelope us with it's magic! We give this condo a 10+ and hope to return again next year!!!! THANKS AGAIN MELISSA!!!

5 Star Feel - Great Design, Best on the Beach

This place is very cool, very hip design. Owner has excellent taste in decor. We viewed hundreds of properties up and down PCB and selected this one. If you have kids and are staying Nov-April be sure to find a heated pool, this place has one. Pool is at beach level, many locations had the pool above the parking garage on a 4th or 5th floor. Three bedroom, three bathroom was a huge plus especially if you are vacationing with grandparents, they have their own bathroom, can't beat it. The views from the 8th floor are fantastic, we heard several complaints from others on the very high floors-too high, too windy. Another huge plus was walking access to Pier Park restuarants, lots of fun, we especially enjoyed Margaritaville with a table overlooking the ocean. If the weather sours this unit has 1800+ sq feet to spread out in and storage everywhere. We also enjoyed the expansive balcony, sat out there every day to enjoy cocktails and a great sunset view. An additonal plus was all the silverware, plates, glassware etc, the condo had plenty of everything and the whole unit was very clean and well maintained, just as the pictures show. To top it all off, they included the beach chairs and umbrella set up, very nice. We would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. Absoulutely no issues with the owners or the contracts all went smooth like clockwork. Melissa was great to deal with.

We just finished our second stay in this beautiful unit. It was every bit as nice this year as it was last. It is becoming our home away from home. We will be back again in 2012, and hopefully many years thereafter. Melissa and Pete take exceptional care of this fabulous unit and all of us who rent from them are the benefactors. Few places on PCB offer the amenities and conveniences that this one does. Our thanks again to both of you.

This condo was one of the cleanest and most beautiful ones I have ever stayed in. I especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and the spaciousness of the unit. Pier Park is within walking distance and there are many good restaurants nearby, Our group really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place at the beach.

My family and I had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo! Before arriving, I was a little unsure about staying on the 8th floor. I normally like to stay on the lower floors for easy access to the beach. This was not a problem with this condo!! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and the hi speed elevators made coming and going a breeze. Everything about this unit is top notch. Thank you, Melissa, for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!!

Excellent location to Pier Park, Great time had by all. Could not have asked for a better view, sunsets from the balcony were perfect we saw dophins every day,Our sons said their beds were the best ever. We appreciated all the little extras the Harris family provided.

We enjoyed your condo so much on our recent trip. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in after many years of going to Panama City Beach. The 8th floor was fantastic with the views of the beachline and ocean. We would recommend your condo to all of our relatives and friends.

My family enjoyed our beach vacation at the Aqua unit 801. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for all. It is decorated beautifully and well equipped with everything you need. I have visited Panama City Beach for the past 30 years, and this was by far the best condo I have ever stayed. I will definitely plan on a return visit.

The first word that comes to mind is perfection! The condo is absolutely beautiful & has everything you need. When you walk in and see the stunning views from all of the windows & the sliding glass doors, you feel like you are in paradise. The pictures just can't really capture how stunning the views are. It is on the 8th floor, which is perfect. It is far enough away from the elevator so there is no elevator noise, which is something I always look for. Having your own wireless internet connection was a real plus. I have stayed in many beautiful condos in PCB and the stunning sunsets from your balcony are a given, however in this condo you are also treated to the beautiful sunrises, thanks to the balconies off of the guest bedrooms, a real treat for sure. I love being close enough to walk to Pier Park, there is so much to do there, great restaurants, fun places to shop & a theater just in case it rains for a few hrs. I discovered VRBO a few years ago and now I only rent from them because I like the personal touch of talking directly to the owners. Pete and Melissa welcome you into their home and make you feel like you are staying at the home of friends. I have to admit, I am very picky when it comes to hotel rooms, rental homes, condos etc. and this one not only met my picky expectations, and it far exceeded them. My search for the perfect condo is over; I know where I will be staying for all my future visits to PCB. :)

We stayed at this condo for our annual Spring Break vacation...the place is GORGEOUS and the owners were extremely accommodating! We had a large group including grandparents, parents, teenagers, and children. Security can be a little over whelming at times, but I guess they take their job very seriously! I can't imagine a better place to stay while visiting Panama City Beach!

If you are looking for the best, this is it! The unit was brand new in late 2009. We were their first renters and they had done their homework. It was beautifully furnished just as they had described and the pictures indicated. The unit is huge with great views from the 8th floor. There are three lovely bedrooms, and three baths, and the washer/dryer is in a separate small utility room --- not in your kitchen like some of the other units. Pete and Melissa both made themselves completely available for anything we might need. The location is great. We could easily walk or drive to Pier Park for all our shopping needs, and there are many good restaurants in the area. We particularly enjoyed The Calypso, Pineapple Willys, and the great prime rib at the Boar's Head. We would greatly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing at PCB. We have already booked for next year.
