This unit is on the top (5th) floor, offering the best views from your extra large deck! The Fordham has two private pools, a baby pool and hot-tub. Just adjacent to the Fordham's grand entrance, you'll find 8 well maintained tennis courts for your enjoyment as well as several aesthetically pleasing water features! This unit has a commercial/separate ice-maker, 4 TV's, a Garden Tub in master, new tile in kitchen/foyer and wifi for all those who wish to bring their computer.

Hi! My name is Marcia Ragsdale with my husband Bill. I am a native of Charleston, SC where I was born/raised but have called the foothills of the Palmetto State my home for the past 38 years! My husband and I have two sons and three grandchildren. We have always loved the Low country for its rich history, charm and family atmosphere!. Litchfield Beach and the "Litchfield By The Sea" resort community have been our summer vacation of choice for the life of our family. There, the two of us and our boys spent 1 week of every summer exploring the surf of the great Atlantic, fishing, a game of tennis or a bike ride on one of the many trails through the property! To this day, this fabulous resort still provides a meeting place where we can get together to enjoy all the wonders that Litchfield has to offer and reflect on the many good times we've shared through the years. From our family to yours, we hope you enjoy your stay in #510 Fordham - "Litchfield By the Sea"!

This was our first trip to Litchfield and we could not have been more pleased. The condo was everything the website said it would be and more! Lots of room for the grandkids to play. Loved the huge porch with all the seating. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. It is beautifully decorated and very clean!! I hope we will be able to rent Fordham #510 next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!
