Come enjoy Vail Valley skiing at the best place on earth! This private home is located on the prestigious Potato Patch Drive, about 400 ft above downtown Lionshead. Offering mountain views and lots of light throughout the day due to its southern exposure and elevation.
If you rented in the Vail Valley before, you know living space is a premium. This home offers spacious interiors and more importantly, spacious living areas (outside the bedrooms). Almost the entire first floor is comprised of living areas for the family to gather, including three separate seating areas (two are shown in photos) a dining area, business center and kitchen. The home offers four full bedrooms for four adult couples (8 guests). However, this home uniquely can accommodate up to 10 total guests in beds and up to 14 total guests by using couches and sleeper sofas. You wont find a better value for this size home in the Vail Valley.
The home is located within a 5 minute drive of both Lionshead and Vail Valley town centers. You can also enjoy lesser known access to hiking trails in the White River National Forest out your back door.
The bedrooms consist of following sleeping arrangements: Master (King), 2nd (Queen), 3rd (Queen) and 4th (2 XL Fulls (Queen length) w/folddown Queen murphy bed, room sleeps up to 4). We are child friendly and have access to a high chair, pac n play and crib so you don't have to haul your own.
