Our condo is conveniently located 5 min. from St. Pete Beach. Restaurants, shops and many other amenities are close by. We are 20 min. from St Petesburg Airport and only 30 min. from Tampa.
CONDOMINIUM DESCRIPTION
This spacious condo has recently been UPDATED and renovated to include NEW FURNITURE, a 42'' LCD PLASMA T.V. ,FREE WIFI internet access and a NEW BEDROOM SET. Along with NEW TILES IN KITHCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND DINNING ROOM. The MASTER BEDROOM has its own large bathroom with double sink and walk in closet. As well as its own flat screen T.V. The GUEST BEDROOM has a NEW bedroom set and matress along with it's own ensuite bathroom and also a walk in closet. All linens and towels are included with the unit.
Our KITCHEN is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher. A beautiful breakfast bar with three stools are there for your casual eating.You also have a large DINING ROOM which sits 6 comfortably. The LIVING ROOM is bright and quite spacious. Enjoy the large plasma T.V. on our new plush sofas which incidentally open up into very comfortable beds. Open the patio doors and you will be overlooking the 12th hole of the ISLA DEL SOL GOLF COURSE. Pull up a chair and enjoy!!!!
The manicured lawns of our award winning ISLA DEL SOL lead you around the island which is littered with palm trees, flowers and various beautiful species of birds. Why the Owner Chose Isla del Sol
The island is so beautifully maintained. The location is really convenient. We are 5 minutes to the beach with all the shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Also being from Canada the close proximity of both the St. Petersburg and Tampa airports was a definite advantage.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When you stay at the condo you really feel like it is a home away from home. It is bright and spacious. The kitchen provides you with everything you need. The bedrooms are large with their own bathrooms and plenty of closet space for storage. What really makes the place unique though is the view of the golf course. You just have to look out your window and you will see various golfers enjoying their morning. I always take my coffee outside, sit on my chairs and enjoy not only the golfers but the beautiful warm sunshine. It truly is unbeatable.

My husband and I recently purchased the property. Coming from a country like Canada having a condo on Isla del Sol is like a dream come true. Unfortunately our children are still young and we can't be there as often as we would like. We hope others will be able to enjoy it until we can be free to spend more time in it ourselves. It truly is a piece of PARADISE!!!

We rented this lovely condo for 2 weeks in April 2011. The condo is very clean, well equipped and the location is awesome. The pictures do not actually reflect how nice the Condo really is. The grounds are gorgeous and security is very good. I would reccommend this condo to my friends. The owner was great to deal with and very helpful. It is close to all beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The pool area is a short walk away. Angie and Donnie ( Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada)

as I rent in this area every year I can tell you this was the cleanest unit I've been in over the past few years. An extremely pleasant view on the Isla Del sol golf course and nicely appointed furnishings. One of the larger 2 bedroom units and stocked with everything you need. Dealing with the owner is a pleasure...

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a week in April, 2010. We found it to be most comfortable, well equipped and extremely clean. We ate our breakfast on the patio every morning and walked around the Isla Del Sol grounds nearly every day. It was beautiful and very quiet. The property is well cared for and the security is excellent The pool area was clean and well equipped with pool lounges and tables. We would definitely stay here again and also would recommend it to our friends.The owner is very pleasant to deal with and we had absolutely no problems.
Recommended for:Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.
