Come spend your winter vacation in our beautifully renovated ski-in/ski-out Timber Creek condo. Renovations were completed in January 2009 and include new bathrooms, all new mattresses, new kitchen, new carpets, leather furniture, and more. Our condo is a top floor, two-story floor plan that only shares a wall with one neighboring unit, allowing for additional privacy. This 1 bedroom + loft, two bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably in beds. The upstairs level has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 2 day beds including trundle beds underneath, and a full bathroom. There is also a 3/4 bathroom downstairs.
This Timber Creek newly renovated condo is located at the base of the mountain with the Gem and Pitchfork lifts steps away for convenient access to the mountain. Relax in the Timber Creek hot tub and sauna after a long day on the slopes. Center Village shops and restaurants are a short walk away. One assigned covered parking spot is included. There is also a shared laundry facility in the Timber Creek complex.
Lockers are located at the bottom of the staircase, so you can store your gear there.
PLEASE NOTE: The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The unit is not handicap accessible. Contact us for reservations and lodging details.

Year Purchased: 2007
Hello! We are Binh and Julie Diep and live in Denver, Colorado. We are both transplants to Colorado, originally from North Dakota and Connecticut. We live in Colorado because we love the great outdoor activities that this state has to offer. We purchased this Timber Creek condo in 2007 so that we could have a home away from home up in the mountains to enjoy great skiing in the winters and hiking in the summers. We travel a lot for our careers and our condo is a great way for us to relax on the weekends with the convenience of being right in the Copper Mountain Village at the base of the mountain. We hope that you too can relax and enjoy everything that the Colorado Rocky Mountains have to offer with the convenience of being just a few steps away from the action!
