A new luxurious 2,500 square foot 3BEDROOM/3BATHROOM cabin right on the 16th hole of the beautiful Headwaters Golf course that was designed by Michael Asmundson to weave naturally through the native wetlands & grasses along the Fraser River - this makes for excellent views & great golf. We are also walking distance (3 BLOCKS) to the very family friendly ski resort Sol Vista & only 15 minutes to the world renowned Winter Park ski resort. Three large lakes are just 15 minutes north by the town of Grand Lake at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. There is also miles of great fly fishing, lake fishing, horse drawn carriage rides, cross country skiing, snowshoeing & over 600 miles of hiking & biking trails. Snowmobiling on thousand of miles of trails in Arapahoe National Forest & Rocky Mountain National Park.
We offer a 2 KING BEDS, a TWIN over DOUBLE BUNK with a TWIN trundle & a DOUBLE size pull-out couch. We built our 3 bedroom 3 bath home on the 16th hole of the beautiful Headwaters Golf Course in Granby Ranch because we love to golf & we love the views. We also love skiing at the very family friendly Sol Vista ski resort that is only 3 blocks away.

It is the perfect location for family friendly skiing at Sol Vista or world class skiing at Winter Park (15 minutes away), excellent golfing & 3 large lakes just 15 minutes north.

We live in Cincinnati, Ohio but often come to the Grand County area to ski & golf. We have 4 grown children all in their late teens & early 20's who also love to join us in our Colorado adventures. They also love to bike, hike, boat, fish & white water raft.

The home was lovely and larger than the pictures show. It was the first place we stayed that had a complete set of kitchen appliances etc... The furniture is plush and there is plenty of room to spread out for a family. It was our first time to ski at SolVista and we loved it! We look forward to returning to ski there and would definately stay in this home again. It was a very short drive to the ski lift.(4blocks) We loved being able to come home for lunch and rest before returning in the afternoon. We really enjoyed the night tubing on Saturday! Even though there was a problem with the water heater the last night od our stay, I still rated our stay as a 5. Things like that happen. Great place for a family to stay!

This beautiful home worked so well for our famly. The home is equipped with everything you will need. The views are great, lots to do in the area. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. I'm sure you willl enjoy your stay, we did!

Everything was perfect for our families first ski vacation. The house was ideal for the family (furnished very nice, all the TV's, fooseball and Wii). Including plenty of room to spread out after a long day of skiing. The kids loved the bunk beds and getting to stay in the basement. Sol Vista was great for a family ski vacation. Very good attention to thier skiers and the ski school was great for the kids.

When my young family walked into this immaculate house, we knew immediately that we had made the right decision. Everything was perfect for a long winter weekend, from fireplace to beautiful views. Well stocked home, from snow shoes to games. We will make this an annual tradition. The owners were exceptional in smoothing out all the small wrinkles of planning a trip.

What a beautiful house! Photos dont do it justice - its like staying in a 5 star hotel - but much bigger. The kids has so much fun in the beautiful basement, playing Wii & fooseball. We loved how close it is to SolVista - we could watch the skiiers out the kitchen window.

Arrived yesterday & was pleasanlty surprised with the house. The photos dont do justice to the home - a very comfortable place. We have been coming to Grand county for many year & stayed in many places & this is by far my favorite place!
