I cannot speak highly enough about our week in this beautiful and comfortable home. It was a wonderful place for our group's two families - warm and open spaces for group meals, games and conversation, while the multi-floor set-up (4 levels!) also provided for quiet and privacy when needed. The finishes and features are as up-to-date as any house that we've rented, and with its high-end kitchen, we ate in nearly every night. That being said, it's a perfect location for seeing the town, and being so close to the gondola, even the kids couldn't complain about carrying skis. We didn't rent a car and never needed it. Charlie was extremely diligent and professional to work with as an owner, and Amy the caretaker was accessible and helpful once we arrived. The only difficulty we had was leaving after a week. We highly recommend this house!

My Stay in Telluride was great ! The pacific house is within a few feet from the lifts which was excellent because of not having to drive anywhere. The house was in excellent condition and had amazing upgrades throughout the home including heated floors which is nice when getting out of the shower. I would reccomend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Telluride.

It doesn't get much better than this place. The location was perfect. Literally steps to the Gondola and central to town and groceries. The furnishings were top notch. Better than any of our homes :-) Each bedroom has an ensuite and the loft is nicely appointed and comfortable. We never met Charlie, but he has to be the best condo owner out there. He is attentive and makes sure all your needs are covered. Amy goes out of her way to do the same. When we come back, there is no other place to stay. Thanks for an amazing time in an amazing place.

Exceeded our expectations. 3 families with toddlers and we had a great time (thanks also in part to the 31" fresh snow we had!). Only issue was getting car towed away that was parked in street as we had no idea Wednesday was snow clearing day and it would have been nice to be warned - we arrived in heavy storm and all signs were unreadable at the time - fortunately we never needed the car during our stay. Looking into repeating trip next season. Nice touch was Charlie being the ultimate gracious long distance host.

The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. It really is steps from the Gondola, no problem walking there with ski gear. House is cozy and well furnished with everything you need; perfect great room to relax with a fire and view, comfortable beds with warm bedding, plenty of towels, and a kitchen where you can really cook. Its close to downtown, grocery, and bakery so once you park no need to drive again. Amy (caretaker) met us with keys and got us settled quickly and she is a valuable resource for all things Telluride. Great place to stay!

This home has a great location very close to the Gondola -- an easy walk even when carrying skis and wearing ski boots! Plus it's a quick walk to shops and restaurants in town. The home is well appointed and having bedrooms on various levels makes it great for multiple families or a group of friends. We hope to visit again soon!

What an awesome home! The location couldn't be better. You never need a car -- so close to the gondola and the main street of Telluride! The house is new, warm, relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable, and full of amenities. My friends and I will definitely stay at 408 Pacific in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the house, very cozy and meticulously well-appointed. I would recommend it for a family or group, summer or winter, close to everything in town and the gondola to Mountain Village. It feels very private yet is in the middle of the action. Great find.

Charlie and Meredith were the best hosts ever. Their property has an unbeatable location in the Town of Telluride, is stocked with every item and electronic device imaginable and is very nicely furnished. We will always try to stay at this property when in Telluride.

My family rented both units for a family reunion this past week and had a great time. The location is perfect for access to all aspects of Telluride, if you drive, park your car and forget about it. The goose stops out front, the gondola is feet from the door, and everything is within walking distance. The amenities are spot on, both units are very comfortable, and provided us with all of our needs. Charlie checked in on us a few times by phone to make sure everything was OK, but realistically there wasn't anything missing, we will definitely keep this in mind for a future year.

This house is in an excellent location, very centered and within minutes from every place. The little terrace with a bar-b-q and mountain view is very nice, the kitchen has great appliances and as in the bathrooms everything is new. The owners really take care of you and are on top making sure that your stay is a good one. I'd love to go back to this house every time I have an opportunity to be in Telluride. We liked this house so much that we ended staying a whole month.

We had four couples stay at this beautiful home for bluegrass festival in June 2011. Could not have been a better experience. It is right in the center of town -- just a block from the gondola, a few blocks from town park, and a block off the main drag. The sunny deck with unobstructed mountain views is spectacular. Logistics were simple as well: a property manager was quick to meet us and open up the house upon our arrival, and was available all weekend in case anything was needed. The home is well appointed with high-end furnishings and kitchen, which was so nice for relaxing and cooking meals. We had a blast, and certainly hope to return again. Thanks!

We had an exceptional time in Telluride, due in no small part to this fantastic accommodation. This home is furnished and maintained as if the owners expect to live there year-round. It is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The location can't be beat; every time I walked around the corner from the Gondola and spotted it I was pleasantly surprised at how short my walk would be with ski equipment. The ski locker setup right outside the door couldn't be better. There are many additional conveniences peppered throughout the house including flashlights in every room (which we fortunately did not need,) ipod docking stations, programmed remote controls, frequent helpful instructions, the washer and dryer, high-end (Viking) kitchen appliances, abundant kitchen utensils and accessories, and lots of little extras. The DVD collection, games, and fresh popcorn setup were all nice surprises. Every room was super comfortable, clean, and spacious. I recommend this property highly to anyone looking for convenience to skiing, food, and entertainment while having all the conveniences and touches of a (great) home.

Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. It is an awesome place. We have stayed at numerous places in town and this one is one of the best. The convenient location to the gondola was great; not to mention the main street and all the restuarants. The large family room made it possible for all 9 of us to hang out together. The outside patio was enjoyable as well and the view was great. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. We all decided we want to stay there again sometime.

This house was exactly as advertised. It was put together with amazing attention to detail and it is apparent that no expense was spared to create a wonderful home away from home in the mountains. It is full of high end appliances, fixtures and finishes as well as thoughtful touches like the ipod players in every bedroom plus the living room. Even the pullout in the loft was comfortable. I am confident that this is the best combination of luxury, value and location in Telluride. We walked to the Gondola each day in our ski boots. We walked downtown each night for dinner. For restaurants we had a fantastic steak dinner at the New Sheridan Chop House and competitive pool and fooseball afterwards at the New Sheridan bar. We watched the Badger Hockey Team play at the Brown Dog Pizza and had some very good pizza there. We also had excellent Sushi at Honga's (if you go, ask for the pure Wasabi). Every morning we took turns walking up to the Steaming Bean on main street for some coffee. There was a grinder and a coffee maker at the house but being that close to downtown it seemed easier to just go get some. The kitchen did get a little use at breakfast and had everything you could want. The only part of the trip that didn't exceed our expectations was the snow. The first couple of days we had to stick to the groomers and the north slopes that hadn't been iced up by warm weather and sun from the previous week. We finally got some snow on day 3 and had a glimpse at the full potential of the mountain. Some of that we were able to capture on video. I think it was Jagged Edge Mountain Gear that rented us Contour video camcorders for $15/day. If you haven't seen them they are small, easy to operate and have amazing video quality. You can attach them to your goggle strap or directly to your helmet for some great action video. Telluride is a wonderful place and this is a great house to explore it from. The owner Charlie and his local property manager Amy were absolutely great to work with. Amy gave us a full tour of the house on arrival and promptly answered a couple of questions we had while we were there. The next time we travel to Telluride this is where we will stay. I will strongly recommend it to friends and family as well.

This lovely home would be excellent for anyone who really wants to enjoy Telluride and all that it has to offer. My family of five adults and one small child stayed in this gorgeous home over Christmas and had a wonderful week. The owners, Charlie and Meredith, are a great couple and so accommodating with any requests. All the furnishings are beautiful and attention has been given to every detail to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. The location is perfect.... so close to the gondola for skiers and just a quick stroll to main street in town with all the shops and restaurants. No car is needed since everything is within wallking distance. We truly loved our time spent in Telluride and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
