Beautiful 2bed/2bath lake house with a winter view of Greer's Ferry Lake. Located in the heart of Greer's Ferry on the Narrows, this house is 1200 sq ft heated/cooled with a 600 sq ft screened in porch. It has a bunk room with a bunk bed (twin top/double bottom), loveseat, a TV and VCR. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, bath/shower and a TV with remote. The guest room has two twin beds, a bath/shower and a tv with remote. The great room has a fold out sofa, a table that seats 6 and an island that seats 3. It has a TV with remote, a stereo with CD player and a DVD player. It is very open and perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. There are several floor to ceiling windows that provide beautiful views and lots of natural light. This house is a perfect getaway any time of year!

My husband and I have two daughters, 13 and 15 yrs old. He is an electrical contractor and I own a small business. We are very active in school, church and community activities and have used our lake house to entertain friends from all three.
Why the Owner Chose Greers Ferry
We built this lake house back in 2002 to spend summers on the lake with family and friends. Greers Ferry is very special to us because we announced our engagement at a friends lake house on July 4th 18 yrs ago. We've spent every July 4th holiday there since! It is a special part of our lives and many wonderful memories have been made there.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We have a fire pit in the front yard and enjoy sitting around it telling stories with friends. Our cook porch is lighted and the guys enjoy cocktails while grilling steaks in the evenings. We've built a 'suspended bed' on the screened porch which is perfect for afternoon naps in the fall. We also have an outdoor shower behind the house to cool off after a day of fishing or sunning.
