HOUSE HIGHLIGHTS
Newly remodeled with many upgrades including sunny deck with great views of Lake Tahoe. New appliances, hardwood floors, granite, custom tile and new carpet. 2 car garage with large driveway and off-road parking. Walk in shower in upper bedroom and other upper bath and bath tub for the kids in the lower bathroom. 50" Flat screen plasma and 3 LCD TV's! 6-person private hot-tub on lower deck. Level entry. The house backs up to Federal Forest lands.
The house is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi Internet access.
Wii Game console on 50" TV with plenty of room! DVD library for adults and kids; Board games (Monopoly, Scrabble, Dominos, Operation, cards, chess, checkers)
HOUSE CONFIGURATION
Upstairs has 1 king bed (flat-screen TV) and two queen beds (1 with flat-screen TV). 2 Full baths upstairs. The kitchen, dining (with an LCD TV) and sitting area are located upstairs with a wood burning stove. Access to the upper deck with great lake views. BBQ located on upper deck. 2 Extra Propane Tanks in the garage.
Downstairs has 1 queen and 1 bunk bed (twin over full) which can sleep 3. 3 more can sleep on a queen blow-up mattress and 1 on the comfortable couch. The 50" Plasma is wall mounted with sitting area and new wall to wall carpet. Real wood burning fireplace as well. Access to 6-person hottub from lower level. 1 full bath with tub.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. 20 minutes to Mount Rose Ski Resort and 20 minutes to North Star Ski Resort. 2 miles to the Hyatt Resort & Casino which is on the shores of Lake Tahoe. 10 Minutes to North Shore Casinos (Biltmore and Crystal Bay).
For all you sports fans, Rookies Sports Bar is only minutes away next to the Raley's grocery store. The Pig Skin is my favorite burger!
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Since most of you arrive late to Lake Tahoe, for those who don't feel like going out after the long trip (especially with kids), we have provided all the fixings to prepare a spaghetti meal for dinner. Also provided is a six pack of beer, bottle of wine and cider for the kids. And for breakfast, Starbucks coffee (or Folgers), waffles and oatmeal with Orange Juice in the freezer.

I've owned and lived in this house since 2005. I raised my two young kids in this house which is very family friendly. I now live in the Bay Area and would like to rent this house to people who can appreciate this house for what it is and take care of it as if it was their own.
