This 5 bedroom home has 2 full baths and 2 half baths plus an outdoor shower/changing room. It's an upside down home with the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and master bedroom & bathroom upstairs. There are 4 skylights which fill the upstairs with sunshine all day. The remaining 4 bedrooms and laundry room are downstairs.
There are incredible 360 degree views including a spectacular sunset view & a beautiful view of Lake Montauk from the decks and rooftop crows nest. There are over 1000sq ft of decking with stairs leading down to the the backyard and heated pool. There is a fence with 3 self closing gates surrounding the backyard for children's safety.
Minimum 1 week stay required, NO WEEKEND RENTALS
The home is 1 block from Lake Montauk, 1 mile to the ocean at Ditch Plains Beach, 2 miles to town, and 2 miles to the docks, and 1/2 mile to The Montauk Downs Golf Course.

Why the Owner Chose Montauk
Montauk is a special place to us. My husband and his family have been vacationing in Montauk for the past 38 years. We love the endless restaurants, white sand beaches, and the best surfing and fishing on the east coast.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home has a privately landscaped backyard with an inground heated pool. It's located on a dead end road with minimal traffic and street noise. Driveway offers parking for 8 vehicles.

The three weeks that we spent in this house will never be forgotten. It was an amazing experience in a beautiful home. The owners were extremely courteous and thoughtful and seemed to make it their job to be sure we enjoyed our time at their house. The interior decor was very well done and the pool and landscaping were breathtaking. This was our third year renting in Montauk, but first time in this house. I can easily say it was the first time we felt like we vacationed at a home and not a rental.

I planned a girl's weekend with close family and friends and after looking at several houses... my sister in law told me about her friend who had this "gorgeous home that would be perfect". Luckily, this home was available and we had the best time. This is a BEAUTIFUL beach house with everything you would want... bright white, great kitchen and bathrooms- everything is totally fresh and beachy:) We cooked most nights and went out for cocktails in the evening... so fun. Some things we enjoyed: Huge deck with new furniture and heat lamps, big tv room and kitchen (with every single gadget you could need), lovely pool, roof deck and water views...bottom line- this did not feel like a "rental" ... it felt like we were staying at our friend's house who let us borrow her immaculate beach house for the weekend. The owners happen to be really nice too (with great decorating style). Can't wait to go back. Look no further :)

My family stayed here (8 of us) for a long week end in the fall. The owners were so accomodating and left the pool open for the kids!! The house was beautiful and comfortable, not to mention included EVERYTHING we needed. Great location and very clean. I would recommend this house in an instant to all. I also have to say the owners were great with being in contact with me, which unfortunately I did not find with other VRBO owners while looking for a place. We couldn't have been happier with this find and will continue to call them when we need a place in Montauk!!

We loved this house! It was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We felt right at home during our stay - the house had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved hanging out by the pool, having BBQs on the deck and enjoying the Montauk sunsets on the crows nest. The house is located on a quiet road close to the beach and a short walk/bike ride to town. The owners take impeccable care of the property and were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. We can't wait to return next summer!

This house is amazing - thoughtfully designed, stylishly furnished, and spotlessly clean! The owners have impeccable taste! Located just outside of town, not far from the beaches, the property is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully-landscaped. We loved everything about this house, especially the sparkling pool, the spacious deck, the crow's nest, the water views and the spectacular sunsets. The owners are a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to return! If you plan to vacation in Montauk, you will love this house!

We loved this house and have a great time at Montauk! The price was just right and location was great too! The listing description was accurate and the photos was accurately reflect the rental house! Overall it was AAA+++ the owner was very nice to work with! The house was very clean and well maintained! We will recommend this property to every on and friends!
