Aloha, welcome to paradise! The Koa Resort is a piece of paradise for everyone to enjoy. Our condo is home away from home with everything you need to have a great vacation on Maui. The Koa Resort is quiet, with only 54 units and 7 green lush acres.
If you like walking on the beach at sunrise or sunset it is just across the street. Or just hang out at our large heated pool you can do that too, maybe even a dip in the hot tub sounds good in the evening. The Koa Resort is close to everything you may need to have a great Maui experience.
Our condo is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 queen beds, a set of twin beds that can be easily turned into a king, we have a full pull out sofa and a futon upstairs. There is plenty of space for everyone. Full kitchen and BBQ grills close by can accommodate all your meals. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Koa Resort
We bought at the Koa Resort because of its 7 acres of lush greenery like old Hawaii and the large family heated pool. The Koa Resort has 54 units with 50% of owner occupied units, they all take pride in the resort and always helpful if you need something.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The large heated pool is great. My kids can play shuffle board, tennis or at the putting green when we stay there. We all walk across the street to the beach at dusk to watch the sunset, which is spectacular!

My husband and I started coming to Maui in 2005 with our 2 children and my in laws, who decided to purchase at the Koa Resort that same year. They now reside there half the year. We live in Washington State and always look forward to coming back to Maui every year. Hopefully we will be there half the year after our children graduate. Then they will look forward coming back to visit us in Hawaii.
