A cozy village colonial with two complete apartments! Perfect for extended families or two couples. The house is air conditioned and is in great shape with completely new electrical, plumbing, bathrooms and kitchens, and new windows. We have re-landscaped the front yard for comfortable parking in the front of the house as well as parking in the rear of the house. Each apartment has an enclosed front porch for early mornings and late afternoons.

The furnishings are beautiful, the bedrooms are cozy, and the living is easy for families in this house. All linens are supplied and each bedroom has a queen-size bed and a cedar chest with linens. Each apartment has its own Direct TV hook up and a separate phone line for privacy. There is a washer and dryer in the walk-out basement for both apartments to use.

The first-floor apartment has only one step at the front door! It has an eat-in kitchen, a dining room with a table for eight, a bedroom, bath, and a living room with a sleep sofa.

The second-floor apartment has two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, and a living/dining room with a sleep sofa.

The backyard is private and has teak furniture for lunches in the shade of the magnolia tree.
