Once you step into the cottage you will understand why we fell in love with it!!! The views look out across the water to Tuckernuck Island and beyond.
This waterfront cottage has 2 bedrooms, the first has a queen bed and plenty of windows so you can enjoy the views while lying in bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living area is all about the water views no matter where you are you can take in the view. A flat screen TV, DVD Player, IPOD Docking Station, and wireless internet can all be found in the cottage for you pleasure.

We stayed here summer 2010 and had a wonderful time - perfectly cute/clean house (basically the interior was brand new/updated when we were there last year) - wonderful for walks along the bay side and the beach side - you can walk to the beach or drive on (if permitted depending on time of year) and the beach access is approx. 100 yards from the house, bay access is right across the street. The deck catches incredible sunsets - it is closer to the road but who cares - it is a brilliant location and a wonderful outdoor dining spot! We bought lobsters/steamers and had a fantastic dinner on the deck one night. Great for sunset cocktail entertaining on the deck as well.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I have been coming to Nantucket for 45 years and the beauty of this end of the island never ceases to amaze me. It is my perfect getaway from the hectic life that we all lead.
Why the Owner Chose Madaket:
I purchased this cottage because it reminded me of Old Nantucket, simple homes, beautiful water views and a steps to the harbor and beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Walk to the harbor, walk to the beach, or just sit on the deck and enjoy the sunsets and water views. The peaceful time spent fishing or paddling in the kayaks.
