There are ocean views from most rooms, a fully appointed cooks kitchen and two bedrooms and baths. The bedrooms are bright and airy and are furnished with Italian linens and custom made draperies, each has it's own television. There is a patio with views of the surrounding tall trees and the village of Montecito with the ocean visible in the distance.
The home features a state of the art television and sound system, air conditioning and has lots of books to read. The furnishings reflect the owners fine taste and attention to detail. No expense was spared in decorating this gorgeous flat.
You can walk to Butterfly Beach and the Four Seasons Resort as well as all the spectacular boutiques and fine restaurants located along Coast Village Road. You will love exploring this area with it's flower stand, farmer's market and unusual one of a kind stores - it's a great place to vacation.
