Our exquisite FIVE Bedroom, two-story home offers 3,400 square feet of comfortable living space, travertine floors, designer quality décor throughout, and an open floor plan perfect for discerning guests. This is our residence, but since we travel extensively we have chosen to share our beautiful Aviara home with select guests, when we are away.
Relax and meditate to the sounds of the the beautiful blue crystal waters of Carlsbad beaches... go surfing or long walks on the warm sandy beaches and enjoy LEGOLAND, SEAWORLD, DISNEYLAND, and more.
Gourmet kitchen has all utensils, cookware, coffee maker, coffee press, and place settings needed. Includes dual ovens, microwave, solid granite countertops, and walk in pantry. Family-sized breakfast area overlooks the lushly landscaped backyard. SURPRISE gift basket awaits our guests and it's filled with 'treats'
Upstairs Master Suite has a luxurious King size Tempur-Pedic bed, sitting area, fireplace, spa-like bathroom with Roman tub and separate shower, walk-in closet. Includes Luxury bedding. The Aloha Room has a Luxury twin loft bed, sofa/sleeper, balcony, and private sink/vanity. It has a “Jack & Jill” bathroom which adjoins another Tommy Bahama style bedroom with Luxury Pillow Top Queen bed. LUXURY bedding includes down comforters, down pillows, 600+ thread count sheets, etc.
There is a secondary Ralph Lauren 'Master Bedroom' upstairs with Luxury Queen size bed with private bathroom bathtub/shower. DOWNSTAIRS bedroom with Luxury Pillowtop Queen size mattress & FULL Bath/shower (perfect for seniors)
Family room has an entertainment center featuring a large screen HDTV television next to the fireplace, with digital cable DVR, DVD, VCR and surround sound stereo, and comfy leather sofas for relaxing.
We offer FREE high-speed wireless Internet connection.

The home was nicely decorated for the holidays---very well furnished and lots of space---great backyard as well---all conveniences...and great landlords! Well taken care of property and one does not feel like its a rental...more of a home. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

Since our musical careers take us to wonderful and exotic destinations, we decided to offer our exquisite home for select VRBO guests. Jeff and I chose to have a home here in AVIARA, Carlsbad, for it's prestigious location, beautiful beaches and Five Star Resorts, AND for the FANTASTIC year round weather. Where else in the world can you swim in the ocean and drive up to the mountains to snow ski the same day! Aviara, Carlsbad offers us the PERFECT location to enjoy an amazing lifestyle. Surrounded by nature walks and golf courses, the Pacific Ocean is only moments away. We can walk to the library, post office, Movie Theater, Batiquitos Lagoon, and The New Park Hyatt Aviara Resort and Spa. Palomar Airport, serviced by United, is only 5 minutes away!
