Our first floor condo at Magnolia North is located on Myrtlewood golf course. With 2 BR/2 BA offers a great place to vacation or just a get away for a long weekend. With a full kitchen including coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, toaster and pots and pans.With full size washer and dryer.
More room than a standard hotel room, master bedroom has king size bed and full attached bath, second bedroom has twin size beds and full attached bath. Sofa in the living room is a queen size pull out bed, all linens and towels are furnished, all bedrooms and living room have TV's. Enjoy the pool right out the sliding glass doors on the patio, or grill your dinner on the grills by the pool and eat out on your patio.
Motorcycles, trailers, RV's and other sportscraft are not allowed in the complex.
Centrally located its close to Broadway on the Beach, Carolina Opry,and the ocean is less than 2 miles out the front entrance to complex. Plenty of outlet malls for the girls to shop til they drop and don't forget the abundant golf courses to play.

We live south of Chicago and purchased this unit in 2007 and hoped our family and friends would join us for a great time in Myrtle Beach. We look forward more and more to all of our visits there at all times of the year.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach with our children for the last 20 year and can't believe the amazing changes in the area. We love the beaches and the many things there are to do for all of us. Our children are grown and we are now bringing our grandchildren to the place we love the most and hope the retire to someday. Hopefully you will have a positive experience on your visit to the Myrtle Beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We have the pool right out our back door, there are lots of sidewalks around the area to be able to take long walks. We can relax by the pool or cook our dinner on the grills next to the pool and eat by the pool or on our outside patio. We are only minutes from the beach to take long walks on the beach really early in morning or lay out during the day. We have both taken up the game of golf starting on the par 3 courses, to advance to the bigger courses. Or I can shop at all the outlet malls and he can golf with the guys, and at night we can see live entertainment at many locations. Memories we will have forever.
