A wonderful rental for golfers, walkers, tennis players, hikers, bikers, swimmers and just viewing the sights. An upgraded condo located on the 13th fairway with a view of the San Jacinto Mountains. Tiled patio is great for cocktails and bar-b-ques. The condo is Hawaiian-themed with tiled floors and granite counters. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with 2 twins in the guest room. Sleeping is also available on the sofa bed in the living area. All rooms have TV. The decor is new, fresh and fun. Windows are shuttered for complete privacy.
Palm Desert Resort is a semi-private, championship 18 hole golf course, including a driving range and excellent practice facilities. The clubhouse has a full service dining area, bar and patio for post golf activities. There are 16 tennis courts and some have lighting at night. Swimming pools and Jacuzzi are just steps away. Palm Desert Resort is close to the downtown hub of El Paseo and shopping outlets. There are activities available for all including exercise of all kinds with arts and crafts galore. Many weekends there are festivals and art shows on the Indio fairgrounds. Nearby the casinos have renowned names highlighted for their entertainment as well as gambling activities.

We reside at the beach but enjoy the desert during the winter and spring months. Our family chose Palm Desert Resort because of the friendliness of the neighbors and renters. We enjoy many of the holidays in the desert. Some of us golf, but all of us love the pool.

We purchased this property because we had rented other properties for the previous 4 years. We use the property for our children and grandchildren. It is an area we all enjoy.
