This two bedroom, one bath antique filled home is located near the beach in Summerland. The stagecoach used to stop here on it's journey up the coast. You will feel like you've been transported back in time when you enter this cottage; the home has high ceilings, wood floors, an old fashioned bathtub and lots of homey touches.
The bedrooms have comfy queen sized beds and antique furniture, the kitchen has modern amenities and a view of the back yard. Summerland Beach is a short walk away and has a long, sandy beach perfect for exploring, swimming or just relaxing in the sun. There is also a large grassy area with a play area perfect for a picnic.
There is a porch in front for enjoying that morning cup of coffee and a beautiful yard with a rose garden in back. You will love relaxing in the large yard; it's a perfect place to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine or soak up the sunshine. There is a barbeque and table and chairs for outdoor dining. The home allows well behaved dogs.
The village of Summerland has many quaint antique stores to explore as well as fine boutiques and restaurants. The town of Santa Barbara is a short 5 mile drive away and has great activities to fill your vacation days and great restaurants and theatres to enjoy at night.
