Ground Level: Sports a den with sleep sofa, TV/DVD, foosball table and a full bath. Outside is the totally gated private pool with sunken hot tub. You'll be delighted by the lovely pots of geraniums and dahlias surrounding you as you bask in the sun.
Mid Level: Up a flight of stairs you'll find a total of five bedrooms. There is a King mbr with TV/DVD and deck access. There's also a semi-private Queen mbr with TV/DVD and deck access that shares its bath with a room with a Bunk set and Duobunk. Lastly is a lovely Queen room with TV/DVD, French doors, deck access that shares a bath with a room with 2 Singles.
Top Level: Provides a very open great room, dining area and kitchen. In the great room you'll find plenty of windows to maximize vistas of the Atlantic, a gas fireplace, TV/DVD and stereo with cd player. There is plenty of seating for everyone to eat with 10 at the dining table, 4 at the kitchen bar and 4 more at a built-in booth in the kitchen. Rounding out this home is a lovely King mbr with TV/DVD, whirlpool tub and deck access. Outside you can enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise from the lovely glass topped table and chairs.
