Why the Owner Chose Hollywood
Located in the heart of Hollywood's tourist area one street below Sunset Blvd and 2 blocks away from the Famous Hollywood walk of fame. Multiple restaurants, shops Theaters are within walking distance. Universal Studios and many other tourist attractions are a short drive or ride on the subway. Easy to get to via the 101 Freeway. 15 min drive from Burbank airport, 30 minutes from LAX. 8 miles from Santa Monica beach.

Just a 5 minute drive to Runyan Canyon which offers great hiking and panoramic vistas of the city. U.S. Post office is located directly across the street. The Pantages Theater offers Broadway shows and is less then a mile away. A close walk to more attractions and restaurants then I can mention. A short walk to the Farmers market on Ivar Sundays 8am to 2pm.
