Just down the end of a private, country lane on 3.3 acres, you'll find Abby's Sonoma Getaway home and suite. The in-town location affords you just a minute's drive to the plaza, yet you feel miles away, and the views of woods from the back acreage are serene.
This home is all on one floor, in a comfortable ranch-style built in 2001. The main focus is bringing the outdoors in with many windows and glass doors taking you out to the entertaining areas of the private back yard.
In the heart of the home is the open and spacious gourmet kitchen with custom tile counters and stainless steel appliances. Followed by the living-room with wood burning fireplace, and three distinct dining areas, two inside, as well as one outside.
The master bedroom suite hosts a king bed and luxurious master bath with a view sunken jet tub and separate double-headed shower. The location of the master suite is on the north end. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the south. Two of the three bathrooms are located in the hall for easy access for all guests.
The outdoor spaces are fun and friendly! A pool, built-in hot tub, a sand volley-ball court, the outside gas fireplace and sitting area with BBQ are some of the highlights of this property.
Spacious and fully equipped, you will absolutely enjoy this getaway with friends or family.
This property is not a match for children under 7. Pets live on this property, so this home may not be suitable for those with severe pet allergies.

Having the best of both worlds we built our home on 3 peaceful acres in the beautiful wine country, yet less than one mile to the historic Sonoma Plaza where we love to shop or dine out at one of our excellent restaurants, enjoy wine tasting, a movie or one of the many various entertainment venues. We absolutely love it here and would like to welcome you to our home!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We really enjoy the serenity of our quiet spacious country home which sits on over 3 acres and is surrounded by vineyards. We are in walking & biking distance to the historic Sonoma Plaza as well as to many of Sonoma's world famous winery locations (we provide bicycles for you to use during your stay here). While staying here you will love relaxing by our custom black bottom pool & built-in hot tub, playing volleyball with a group friends in our sand volleyball court or just having a nice peaceful evening enjoying music, a barbecue and watching movies.
