  Rented condo for three nights in May 2012. Absolutely beautiful! Very clean. Great experience with arranging agreement with owners. This unit is designer decorated. Kitchen is fully furnished. You need nothing else. We loved the location. Very quiet and relaxing. View from balcony was tranquil. Bed was extremely comfy and we are very picky since we sleep on a Sleep Number bed at home. Next time we travel to St. Augustine we will try and rent this unit again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  WE had a wonderful 3 months. Everything was great. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking down on the court yard. The club swimming pool was very warm and much used by me. Our needs were very quickly attended to. Thank you. Giail and Ron 3-31-12

  Immaculate, quiet, very comfortable. Huge bathroom with oversized tub, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings, well equipped, modern kitchen. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous golf courses, beautiful pool, hot tub, great tennis courts. About 20 minutes to St. Augustine - a bit farther than we realized, but still an easy drive. Not a lot of dining options close by, but excellent lunch at the King & Bear Clubhouse which we took advantage of each day. We would definintely recommend this to other golfers, although greens fees were a bit steep. Tennis courts were never occupied, making it easy to get a court, and the sidewalks provided great opportunity for walking or jogging. A beautiful campus. Brian was very helpful - quick responses to questions, very friendly and accomodating, and was a breeze to work with. Very reasonable price for this quality lodging and amenities, a much better alternative to a hotel.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Our family had a nice stay in this unit. The unit was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. The development and the complex have security and the grounds and golf courses are spectacular. The complex is less than 20 minutes to historic Spanish Point. We wish we would have brought out bikes - lots of sidewalks. Great for runners and walkers!
